10 Series®
Gorman-Rupp 10 Series® pumps are specifically designed for handling solids, corrosive liquids and slurries. They have few moving parts, so maintenance is minimal. If a clog occurs, it can be removed easily through the cover plate opening without disturbing piping or the use of any special tools. The 10 Series offers a variety of seal configurations to choose from to handle a number of different liquids.
Super T Series® (Engine Driven)
Whether bypassing a pump station during repair, keeping critical services operational at a plant, or helping a construction crew finish on time, Gorman-Rupp's Super T Series® portable engine-driven pumps keep the liquid flowing. Gorman-Rupp's Super T Series self-priming centrifugal pumps are designed to reprime automatically in a completely open system - without a need for suction or discharge check valves (an optional discharge check and air release valve is only required when pumping against a pressurized system). Additionally, there is no need for add-on vacuum pumps or compressors, which add to owner maintenance and increase the potential for costly repairs.
Ultra V Series® and UltraMate®
Today’s pumping applications demand better and more efficient self-priming, solids-handling pumps. At Gorman-Rupp, providing greater performance and reducing installation and maintenance costs have always been our ultimate goals. This makes the Ultra V one of the best values introduced to the pump industry in decades. This next generation of solids-handling, self-priming centrifugal pumps offers substantially higher pressures, flows, efficiencies and time-saving maintenance features, all in one package. Ultra V Series pumps achieve up to 60% increased pressure and 40% increased flow over traditional self-priming trash pumps of the same size, while substantially increasing overall pumping efficiency.

Valve Production
The production of every Ross Valve begins by obtaining operating data, determining the appropriate valve type, and designing the components to suit the application. At Ross Valve, we start with only the highest quality raw materials, including cast iron, bronze and stainless steel. After making the molds and pouring the appropriate metals in our foundries, our machine shops ensure that the parts are machined to our specifications. Each and every valve is then meticulously assembled. Pilot valves and controls are set according to the original design requirements, and the valve is "wet" tested at the factory. This ensures that when you receive your new Ross Valve, you can feel confident that it will perform under actual operating conditions. Customized Engineering The inherent versatility of the Ross Valve design ensures that our engineers will customize our valves to suit each specific application. This, coupled with the fact that all our work is done in-house, gives us the ability to fulfill special requirements and oversee all progress throughout the manufacturing of the valve. If necessary, our in-house pattern shop can be utilized. Special dimensions and operating requirements can be accommodated for unique valve applications. This allows us to take a valve from conceptual design, through manufacturing, to a finished and fully tested product.

CUSI Manhole Inspection System
european standard EN13508-2 comprehensive manhole survey and inspection beomes more important than before. System CUSI with the new inspection robot inspects manholes from up to 100 metres distance to the inspection vehicle. The one-man-personnel supported with computer equipment and CCD cameras controls the CUSI robot inside of the vehicle. Manholes or special construct shafts are recorded by a high-resolution inspection camera. Digital pictures and video recording and an inspection report - as printout or digital PDF file - are essential documentation. Every CUSI robot uses the same approved high technology (5 axes can be rotated and buckled for optimal survey) as our three-dimensional manhole inspection and survey system CUS. Benefits are high mobility and proper distance and angle to walls, pipes and sewage conducts. Inspection results as well as the inspection videos can be viewed with the special-purpose programmed software CUS-Videoviewer. The advanced CUS-Videoviewer software displays the manhole sketch with an arrow indicator that moves and rotates in the exact direction as you can see the inspection video at the same moment. Beholders have great advantage with this special function while viewing the inspection videos. Inlets, outlets and damages from the inspection with CUSI can be displayed and analyzed within seconds. The integrated laser measuring system inspects dimensions and depths from sewage pipes or position and width of cracks and damages in the manhole. System CUSI is specified for manhole inspection with depths up to 30 metres, edge dimensions up to 5 metre or diametre up to 5 metre. The basic system CUSI is deployed for manhole inspection, but can be enhanced anytime with all additional available modules for three-dimensional survey of manholes and special construct shafts. Customers can select from different software packages for inspection, e.g. EN-13508 or german ATV and ISYBAU. Extented packages like enhanced report sketches and automated cadastre network generation spare time and reduce errors. We use extreme lightweight components like aluminium and carbon fibre for our robots to keep their weight low and being carried with less effort on off-road terrain. With the technologic advantage of sytem CUSI it is not required to step into manholes and the risk of accident is reduced as well as the most precautionary safety regulations are dispensable.
