Rescue Ram

AIR FILTERS
For the air cleaning we offer many different models of mist collectors: centrifugal (in the versions turbine, single centrifuge and double centrifuge), static filters and specific units for very high throughputs or centralized systems. All the models are ready for being arranged with a range width of modules of pre and after-filtration therefore to resolve in specific way any type of problem. Our mist collectors can be directly installed on the machine tools. They remove the polluting from the source, and can easy be moved, and used again on other machines or switched off in case they are not used
COOLANT FILTERS
The Losma Liquid Filtration Range is made up of various types of filter to cope with all eventualities. Losma’s expertise in this area shows in all its products, from the simplest of cloth filters to more complex integrated systems with several filtration stages. Gemini is available in 3 sizes, 700 to 2.000 m³/h, with 3 standard configurations each (filtration efficiencies from < 95% to < 99,95%). Gemini has a particular patented design, which makes maintenance operations and filters replacement very easy and represents the perfect solution for all cases where the customer in little spaces has the need of both a pre and post-filtration.
NEWTON
Newton is a system for the filtration of air in the workplace, capable of eliminating oil mist and smoke caused by a variety of metal machining applications, specifically designed for end users and machine tools manufacturers for the metal working industry. Available into two "sizes", Newton 3, 3.000 m³/h and Newton 6, 6.000 m³/h, is the ideal answer for the Equipment of Oversize machine tools, or the realization of Centralized Systems, combining more units together.
SIRIUS
The Air Filtration Range is completed with a system tailor-made for spark erosion. SIRIUS ER 800 is a filter with a throughput of 800m³/h, designed specifically for the emissions from this type of machining. Equipped with no less than two pre-filtration stages (metallic and fabric) and four activated carbon cells, SIRIUS represents the most comprehensive solution to the particular characteristics of the fumes given off by dielectric fluids used in spark erosion machining.

FINAL CONCENTRATOR HYBRID
The Final Concentrator Hybrid FCH 30 is a brand new technology developed and applied for patent by LOFT Anlagenbau und Beratung GmbH in spring 2003. In order to achieve maximum reduction of the residue (concentrate) produced during the evaporation process a Final Concentrator Hybrid (FCH) can be used in a second hybrid step. As the whole energy and media is provided by the main plant, the FCH does only work in connection with a DESTIMAT® Low Energy evaporation plant. The innovative aspects for the customer: > Disposal costs are reduced by 50 > No additional energy consumption > Pay back period between 6 and 18 months The economic efficiency of the evaporation process is thereby effectively increased in comparison to normal evaporation processes or alternative technologies. A couple of LOFT FINAL CONCENTRATOR HYBRID FCH have already been successfully installed in various cases and fulfill the high expectations of our customer. MDDR Mixer
MDDR is the new line of LJM-mixers manufactured completely in stainless steel. It can be used in smaller tanks where you need a very good mixing, or in aggressive media, for example in industry or waste water plants where the PH-value is fairly high/low. The mixer can, as with our standard cast iron MDD-mixer, be easily installed on a 60 or 80 mm square mast or as fixed mixer in the bottom of the tank. The optimum form of the propeller gives a very concentrated streaming and can reach a long distance. The result is a very effective mixing with low energy consumption. The MDDR mixer can be supplied in the same size as the MDD – from 1,1 to 3,0 kW – and is also fitted with 2-bladed propeller along with temperature and leakage control. The motor bracket and trap clamp are also in stainless steel. MDDR are available in the following types:
MRPG - Medium Flowmaker
LJM Industi has a very compeditive product programme in medium flowmakers in the range of 1,1 kW to 5,5 kW motors. The MRPG Flowmaker is built with "standard" 4-pole motors and have a very reliable and strong planetary gear - which is the best gear type at all. Furthermore the Flowmaker have long life high quality roller bearing on the propeller shaft - life time above 100,000 working hours. The flowmaker type MRPG is protected via 3 pcs. Klixon-bimetallic sensors and leak control in the oil chamber. The LJM Industri Flowmaker type MRPG is as standard mounted with a 3-bladed stainless steel (AISI 316) propeller and with a stainless steel trap clamp
OMDR
This is a complete new type of agitator from LJM manufactured entirely from stainless steel. It can be used in larger tanks where you need to achieve good mixing. This is achieved with a larger diameter blade running at a slower speed. The mixer is very good in aggressive media, for example in industry or wastewater plant where the PH-value is fairly high/low. Fitted with an 8-pole motor and direct drive, giving a propeller speed of 700-750 RPM. It is fitted with temperature and leakage control both in the motor and oil chamber. OMDR is equiped with motor bracket and trap clamp, as all our other mixers, and can easily be installed on an 80 or 100 mm. square mast. The OMDR mixer can be supplied in 1,5 and 2,5 kW – later also 5,5 kW – and is fitted with 2-bladed propeller in aluminium-bronze. The form of the propeller gives an optimum mixing with low energy consumption
RCDD - Recirculationpumps
LJM Industi has a product programme in recirculationpumps which are very efficient and fast for smaller water volumes by relatively small elevation hights. The RCDD and RCPG recirculation pumps are built with "standard" 4-pole motors and have a very reliable and strong planetary gear - which is the best gear type at all. Furthermore the recirculation pumps have long life high quality roller bearings on the propeller shafts - life time above 100,000 working hours. The recirculation pumpw type RCDD and RCPG is protected via 3 pcs. Klixon-bimetallic sensors and leak control in the oil chamber. The LJM Industri recirculation pump types RCDD and RCPG are as standard mounted with a 3-bladed stainless steel (AISI 316) propeller and with a stainless steel trap clamp.

Cured-in-Place Pipelining
Our unique green, no-dig Cured-in-Place Pipelining (CIPP) process relines pipelines with a continuous liner from access-point to access-point (manhole to manhole) or in sections (point repairs). This process involves the inversion of a resin saturated felt liner into the existing pipeline. The inverted liner is heat-cured and the end result is a new, continuous pipeline inside the original host pipe. The resin is specially formulated for each pipeline application and the liner is custom-made to the exact pipeline diameter being repaired. Our state-of-the-art CIPP process meets new pipe standards and durability (50-100 years) and repair cost, time and disruption is significantly reduced. Why Dig?
