Waste Conversion Pyrolysis technology
The Waste Conversion Pyrolysis technology implements a high-temperature continuous feed pyrolysis process and transforms mixed municipal waste that comes unsorted to the landfills into 90-98% of combustible syngas and 2-10% of solid carbon char which has further use. In order to meet the needs of today's polluted environment, our Waste Conversion Pyrolysis units are constructed with a production capacity of 305 TPD (with average waste moisture content 60%), assuming 40 TPD (15%) of recyclable materials are filtered out at the pre-processing line for further sale and that 265 tons of waste with average moisture content 60% per day are converted into energy. The electric energy output is 5+ MW (depending on the feedstock). The modular design of our systems allows for multiple processing lines making the whole system capacity infinitely expandable. A multi-system comprising 3 modules is recommended by GLES to allow for quick and timely service without interrupting the conversion process and to ensure constant guaranteed energy supply to the consumers. Each Waste Conversion Pyrolysis system will be made up of one or several processing lines, or modules, depending on the required project capacity. Process flow diagram incorporating a waste pre-processing line offered by the German manufacturers (Weima/Westeria/Spaleck):

HIGH-INTENSITY SEPARATOR
This magnetic separator is so powerful that it can separate all paramagnetic and slightly magnetized materials from non-magnetic materials. Stainless steel that is processed through a shredder has these lightly magnetized properties and can be separated like this. This high-intensity separator is also employed for the removal of very small Fe particles from ceramic powders. Removal of all weak magnetic particles, stainless steel, iron or nickel-bound raw materials Continuous automatic cleaning Suitable for the removal of particles from 50 mhu upwards in the recycling and ceramics industry Suitable for belt-widths up to 2000 mm Supply voltage essential
NON-FERROUS SEPARATORS (EDDY CURRENT PRINCIPLE)
Removing ALL metals (also non-magnetic, such as Aluminium, Copper, Brass) from 4 mm Specific application: recycling, such as: incineration waste, glass, wood, household waste, rubble, plastic, WEEE scrap, refrigerators, shredder residue etc. Cleaning: automatic, continuous Suitable for belt widths up to 2000 mm Electrical current required
PALLETISING MAGNETS
Goudsmit's palletising magnets hold cans and jars with twist off caps in a suspended position without risks. Without requiring a power supply, a layer of products will remain suspended as long as you want, but it will of course have to be moved during the production process. A sophisticated guide mechanism ensures that your products are picked up and deposited smoothly and quickly. These magnets are meant for palletising or depalletising: Empty steel cans and aerosols Filled and closed steel cans Filled glass jars with steel twist caps
SLIDEBED CONVEYORS
Goudsmit slidebed conveyors are frequently applied in the metal and steel ware plants and in the (steel) plate-processing industry. These so-called closed magnet conveyors don’t contain any moving parts (belt) and are, therefore, perfectly suitable for transporting sharp steel parts such as punching residues, recycled materials or drilling residues. Closed conveyors also function optimally in an oil-like environment. This is not possible with a belt conveyor. Slidebed conveyor features: Resistant to wear and low on maintenance The closed construction means that no material can remain behind No chain blockages No damage to product or transport conveyor Contamination and moisture have no effect on operation System and products do not become stuck due to the fact that there is no mutual contact. The closed conveyor’s operation is as follows: Magnet plates are assembled at a regular distance under a RVS sliding plate. A chain will rotate these magnet plates around, as a result of which the steel parts will be pulled towards the end of the conveyor. Ending up there, the magnet plate will go down and the magnet field will disappear. The steel parts will not be attracted anymore and fall downwards. By default, Goudsmit will supply the straight and inclining conveyor with a 150 to 500 mm width (refer to table). The length is variable. We like to offer you special dimensions as well.
10 Series®
Gorman-Rupp 10 Series® pumps are specifically designed for handling solids, corrosive liquids and slurries. They have few moving parts, so maintenance is minimal. If a clog occurs, it can be removed easily through the cover plate opening without disturbing piping or the use of any special tools. The 10 Series offers a variety of seal configurations to choose from to handle a number of different liquids.
Super T Series® (Engine Driven)
Whether bypassing a pump station during repair, keeping critical services operational at a plant, or helping a construction crew finish on time, Gorman-Rupp's Super T Series® portable engine-driven pumps keep the liquid flowing. Gorman-Rupp's Super T Series self-priming centrifugal pumps are designed to reprime automatically in a completely open system - without a need for suction or discharge check valves (an optional discharge check and air release valve is only required when pumping against a pressurized system). Additionally, there is no need for add-on vacuum pumps or compressors, which add to owner maintenance and increase the potential for costly repairs.
Ultra V Series® and UltraMate®
Today’s pumping applications demand better and more efficient self-priming, solids-handling pumps. At Gorman-Rupp, providing greater performance and reducing installation and maintenance costs have always been our ultimate goals. This makes the Ultra V one of the best values introduced to the pump industry in decades. This next generation of solids-handling, self-priming centrifugal pumps offers substantially higher pressures, flows, efficiencies and time-saving maintenance features, all in one package. Ultra V Series pumps achieve up to 60% increased pressure and 40% increased flow over traditional self-priming trash pumps of the same size, while substantially increasing overall pumping efficiency.

Reactor-Clarifiers™ Solids-Contact
Flash Mix, Flocculation, and Sedimentation Combined in a Single Tank Solids-Contact Reactor-Clarifier™ units are designed and built to provide the most economical solution to precipitation and clarification requirements. The basic machine design provides for flash mix, coagulation, flocculation, solids recirculation, clarification, and positive sludge removal in a single basin - eliminating the need for multiple tanks and associated piping and pumping. All units are backed by over 50 years experience in engineering and manufacturing assuring the best fit to unique plant requirements. Reactor-Clarifier™ units are used for softening, turbidity removal, and taste and odor removal applications. Reactor-Clarifier™ units combine a large diameter, slow speed concentric turbine generating high volume internal recirculation to promote mixing, flocculation and solids-contact. The recirculation system is designed to promote particle growth and improve the removal of suspended solids. Raw influent immediately contacts a large volume of dense floc from previously precipitated solids in the recirculation drum and is pumped upward by the turbine. Depending on the application, a volume of 8 to 20 times the maximum influent rate is recirculated by the turbine to mix with new incoming feed, while the final effluent passes under the reaction cone to the clarification zone. Heaviest particles settle to the floor where they are raked to the center for recirculation or discharge. Types of Reactor-Clarifier™ Units HRB - For mechanisms up to 120 feet in diameter, this mechanism is supported by a bridge which spans the tank. HRC - For mechanisms from 50 to 200 feet diameter and larger, the HRC units are supported by a stationary center column, mounted to the tank bottom RCM - Alternate design using a propeller mixer for liquid recirculation. Available in both bridge-mounted and center-supported units
