Contaminated Soils
AREAS OF IMPLEMENTATION Remediation of chemical, oil and fuel spills (buildings, soils and groundwater) Remediation of brownfields and old waste deposits Mitigation of fungi and moulds in buildings CASE STUDY Heating oil damage to numerous houses after flooding THE TASK The river Elbe are in Germany was struck by disastrous floods during the summer of 2002. Damage to heating oil tanks led to massive petrochemical hydrocarbon contamination of buildings. This was accompanied by the development of unpleasant odours. OUR SERVICES Inocre® developed and implemented suitable remediation methods in cooperation with the Technisches Zentrum TZ Leipzig (Technology Centre Leipzig) and an insurance group. THE RESULT Contamination was significantly reduced and odours were neutralized within two weeks of the first application of reacre®.

Industrial Shredders
TRITOTUTTO is a rotary blade grinder that has been designed for use in small to medium sized firms to reduce the volume of scrap in order to store its in silos or to facilitate their disposal. They are machines that have a low electrical input, run silently and are very reliable. Reliability is a consequence of the instalation of a torque limiting device which can be adjusted according to the product to be ground. It can be used to reduce the volume of scrap from: plastic materials, cardboard, packing materials, wood, hide, leather, nut shells and fruit stones, wood bark, loppings of trees. It can be connected to an aspirator using a tube placed under the screen
THE COMBI MODELS
To complete the working process and the recovery of plastic rejects, we have designed and built a system that combines the advantages of the four shaft chopping machine with an in-line granulator, capable of producing final chips measuring 4-8 mm. In use, all you have to do is introduce the material into the mouth of the chopping machine to obtain the final granule. This machine has the characteristic of being able to grind large and difficult to cut volumes of material, offering significant savings in investment and running costs. As an example, a machine with an introduction mouth measuring 500 x 650 capable of grinding drums, risers and end of work blocks, requires a total power rating of 27.5 HP for an estimated production of 250 – 300 kg/h.
