Manhole Pipe Connections
During the past years, decisive developments have also been made when it comes to the manufacture and sealing of manhole and riser elements. As a linking element between the pipelines, the manholes are of a particularly high importance, which in the meantime is perfectly fulfilled by the high quality level of the manhole manufacturers. It is just the large number of manhole sealings of DS Dichtungstechnik that is leading on every important level. We provide you with a sealing range that will convince you in any respect and which leaves absolutely nothing to wish for concerning reliability, variety and quality. This is another feature where we are far ahead of our competitors with important patents. As customers of DS Dichtungstechnik, you can clearly make profit of these advantages.

The new form of the co-ordination makes thereby highest customer satisfaction possible on all levels. Convince yourselves of our efficiency!
Water Cleaning
Within our normal operation range, we remove from the wet scrubber slurry all of the heavy tars and chars as a solids, most of the lighter tars, phenols and aromotics and produce very clean water that is recirculated as part of the wet scrubber process. This recirculation reduces wastewater disposal and fresh water consumption for the wet scrubber process.

Dust Measuring Devices
Basic device consisting of probe and control unit Combined device – measurement of dust, exhaust gas velocity or flow as well as temperature (option pressure) at the same time Simple assembly: Control unit: Wall assembly Probe: special flange DN 80 PN 6, Di=100 mm Analog outputs: 4 ... 20 mA Digital outputs (potential-free): Limit value 1 (adjustable) Limit value 2 (adjustable) / Maintenance request Failure Maintenance Measuring range (automatic measuring range change-over) Display dust content in mg/m³ i.N.dr. possible
Filter controller
Filter controller for In-situ -dust measurement consists of probe and control unit On-site display of the measuring value at the control unit approved according to TI Air
Filter controller
The mobile filter controller PFM 92 K is a perfect device in order to determine effectively damages at filtering precipitators (e.g. defective filter bags, inactive membrane valves, insufficient filter element fixings, not tightly-closing poppet valves…). The filter diagnosis unit PFM 92 K serves the qualitative monitoring of dusty emissions. In particular it is often used for the quick registration of the clean gas dust content behind de-dusting facilities. The measuring principle is based on the use of the triboelectric effect (charge transfer at colliding or passing of particles on leading surfaces). The filter controller consists of an isolated probe which is installed in the clean gas channel. The charge transferred by contact and triboelectric processes is derived as current, converted in the evaluation unit, amplified and provided as norm signal 4 ... 20 mA. The measuring values resp. the filter diagram can be seen and evaluated immediately via the integrated electronic recorder.
Gas analysis
19“-rack for the application in e.g. continuous emission measuring systems after gas cooler Cold measurement Measurement of max. 3 infrared components (CO, CO2, NO, SO2, CH4, R22) and Oxygen O2 at the same time Simple assembly in analysis cabinet Analog outputs: max. 4 x 4 ... 20 mA Digital outputs (potential-free): Limit value 1 (adjustable) Limit value 2 (adjustable) / maintenance request Failure/Error Measuring ranges adjustable Low in maintenance due to automatic calibration with ambient air Check with test gas only every 6 to 12 months
