Fluidised Bed Incineration
Fluidised bed technology is accepted as a well reputed process for various applicatons in numerous business fields. AE&E Lentjes can draw on long-term experience in this area with a lot of references. The fluid bed technology is based on the physical principle according to which particles can be kept suspended by a stream of air flowing in opposite direction an to the force of gravity, thereby, creating a fluid bed. The material kept suspended - usually inert quartz sand - immediately coats the fuel, thus, ensuring optimum heat transfer. At the same time, the fluid bed acts as a heat sink. Fluidised bed firing systems offer the following main advantages: Furnace comprising stationary combustor with a refractory lining and no moving parts Uniform temperature distribution in the fluid bed due to extensive material and heat transfer, which - compared with other systems - ensures good combustion at low temperatures. Low operating temperatures, resulting in low NOx emissions on the combustor side. Quick and easy start-up and shutdown AE&E Lentjes uses the fluid bed technology for the combustion of e.g. sewage sludge, municipal and commercial waste, biomass and fossil fuels.
Grate Technologies
Thermal waste treatment applying different technologies. AE&E Lentjes is capable of offering for nearly every application a suitable and economical solution due to the broad range of processes available within the company. The most frequently used method of thermal waste disposal is incineration on grates. Depending on the heating value, water content, ash content and the level of pre-processing required, AE&E Lentjes can offer a number of suitable grate technologies. The heating value bands covered by the individual grate technologies are shown in the graph below.

Energy
Professional implement-carrier, powerful hauling vehicle, mobile workshop: the Mercedes-Benz Unimog is all of the above in one vehicle. And thus able to cover all demands of an effective energy industry fleet. It does not matter whether you are opening up new energy sources, working in open-cast mines or in charge of maintaining and servicing extensive power supply lines. Thanks to its unique chassis and implement-carrying design, the Unimog always arrives at the difficult off-road worksite, quickly and without having to take any detours, even when fully loaded. Especially when there is a breakdown within the power supply network – the Unimog is there,. without having to reload other vehicles. It takes the crew, measuring equipment, tools and materials directly to the problem site, thus the crew can invest its time at the site and not getting there. Better performance, lower costs: the calculation works to your advantage.
local authorities vechicles
Mowing, winter service, maintenance and up-keeping, cleaning, hauling and loading jobs. Nowhere else like in towns and communities are the road and grounds maintenance requirements so diverse. To handle all of these tasks, a large fleet of vehicles including equipment would be required. Or one vehicle that is specialised for a wide variety of jobs from the very beginning: just like the Mercedes-Benz Unimog. Better driving comfort and implement operation than a truck, faster and lower fuel consumption than any tractor, and almost infinite customising possibilities – no series produced vehicle can match that. With the Unimog you always operate at optimum. A special Unimog feature developed for manifold operations is the VarioPilot® steering. Simply move the steering column from the left hand to the right hand side of the cab. Thus you can accomplish numerous jobs in cost-effective one-person-operation. Exchanging implements and mounting bodies is also accomplishes in a trice – thanks to the Unimog’s quick-change-system. And if you want to be even more efficient, thanks to the outstandingly flexible implement-carrying design, you can carry out several operating processes in a single run. For instance with the tripple-mowing combination. Thus you are able to lower your costs and utilise the Unimog 365 days a year. Everything but normal day-to-day work: life-threatening situations such as floods, mud slides or extreme heavy snow fall, with the Unimog you are able to operate and offer assistance in the hardest worst-case scenarios. The Mercedes-Benz Unimog is irreplaceable

Automatic Distributing Valve Assemblies
Automatic Distributing Valve Assemblies are used to pressurize multiple zone distribution systems including textile filters, sand filters and drainfields. Orenco’s Automatic Distributing Valve Assemblies are mechanically operated and sequentially redirect the pump’s flow to multiple zones or cells in a distribution field. Valve actuation is accomplished by a combination of pressure and flow. Automatic Distributing Valve Assemblies allow the use of smaller horsepower pumps on large sand filters and drainfields. For example, a large community drainfield requiring 300 gpm (1,4 m3/min) can use a six-line Valve Assembly to reduce the pump flow rate requirement to only 50 gpm (0.23 m3/min). Automatic Distributing Valves are usually used in conjunction with High-Head Effluent Pumps and Biotube® Pump Vaults to provide pressure and flow requirements, and to prevent debris from fouling valve operation. An inlet ball valve and a section of clear pipe and union for each outlet are provided for a complete assembly that is easy to maintain and monitor. Ideal valve location is at the high point in the system
Orenco's Dosing Siphons
Orenco's Dosing Siphons can be used as an alternative to pumps when dosing downhill. Flow rates can range from just a few gallons per minute to several hundred gallons per minute, depending on siphon size. Dosing siphons use no moving parts. Counters are used to monitor siphon operation.
Recirculating Splitter Valves
Orenco's Recirculating Splitter Valves provide a guaranteed flow-split in recirculating wastewater treatment systems. Constructed of a PVC enclosure and ball float, Recirculating Splitter Valves redirect 100% of the incoming flow to the recirculation tank during periods in which the ball is not seated and 80% or less when the ball is seated. They can be field-adjusted for splits ranging from "no split" (as with recirculating ball valves) to a 4:1 split. The desired recirculation ratio will be achieved even during peak flows.
