Alligator Shear
Eldan Alligator Shear is a heavy duty hydraulic metal and cable shear. It is designed to cut e.g.: Metal bars and rods Light and heavy electrical cables Coils and bundles of insulated and non-insulated wires and other types of items Scrap from bare metals or mixed with plastic Etc
Heavy Granulator
The high-speed, single shaft Heavy Granulator is ideally suited for the initial stage of granulation. The Heavy Granulator can be used for size reduction of materials like: Electronic and electrical waste (i.e. WEEE) Cables (pre-chopped) Aluminium scrap (all types) Shredder light fraction (SLF/ASR) Municipal solid waste (i.e. MSW) Plastics
Horiba U-22
Years of Horiba sensor technology development have reached their culmination in the form of a 46-mm diameter sensor probe. These units offer a compact, highly accurate monitoring solution with high pressure tolerance, long term continuous measurement capabilities, waterproof construction, and monitoring of up to 13 parameters. In addition to the Water Quality Monitoring System's own capabilities, it was designed by Horiba to be compatible with GPS and other data processing techniques. And now, the U-20 series is available with a detachable cable and flow through cell designed by Horiba
Aeration Products
Aeration is more than the supply of oxygen and mixing. Aeration is the cornerstone of biological wastewater treatment and controls the treatment performance and operational economics of the entire wastewater treatment facility. Analysis of wastewater treatment plant costs repeatedly shows that aeration accounts for 50 to 80% of the overall plant-operating budget. Without the right aeration technology and a properly designed aeration system, treatment performance and plant operating cost objectives cannot be attained.
Lagoon Systems
Lagoon systems have been recognized throughout the world as an economical solution for wastewater treatment. Low operating cost and minimal operator attention have made lagoon systems the preferred process solution for secondary treatment (30 mg/L BOD & 30 mg/L TSS) where land availability and proper topography permit.
Mixing Limited Applications
BioMizer™ technology is an innovative concept emphasizing the use of high efficiency diffusers to provide efficient aeration and continuous sequencing for enhanced mixing efficiency. By controlling the release of aeration energy into defined zones within the reactor, active zones are sequentially mixed for complete solids suspension. The patented BioMizer technology allows the aeration system to be paced by oxygen demand even when mixing controls the design.
SS MaxAir™ Stainless Steel Diffuser
MaxAir “Wide Band” diffuser is an industry standard. Units provided with 3/4-inch NPT connection to mount directly to a mounting tee on the air distribution piping.

Box4Water
Box4Water offers a compact and decentralized wastewater treatment solution for small, remote communities without access to the municipal sewer system. With the absence of an infrastructure with canals to the nearest municipal wastewater treatment plant and associated pumping stations, a wastewater treament on site by Box4Water proves to be economically very advantageous.
ERDWICH is now also successful with a refrigerator recycling plant in Greece
With the new refrigerator recycling plant KZA 60 Erdwich conquers now also the Greek market on this sector. By close cooperation with a customer from Thessaloniki, Erdwich was able to install a plant, perfectly adjusted to the customers requirements. The plant is designed for a performance of 60 units per hour. The modular conception of the individual plant components enables to extent the plant anytime individually. So, it would be possible to process with the plant in combination with a new innovative technology also electronic scrap. The legal demand of the CFC rest concentration of < 0,2 weight% at the PUR-foam is essentially undercut by the new steam pressure processing. Also Pentane-refrigerators become recycled at the plant without problems and with low economical expenditure. The latest ERDWICH refrigerator recycling plant convinces by the modern, solid and low-wear technology. This results in an enormous economy and an environmental-friendly operation. At the now 18 worldwide successfully installed plants it is another proof of quality for the ERDWICH recycling technology.
ERDWICH recycling of tires
The most complete mobile system on the market. With automatic sifting and additional hoist for charging the plant. - One-man operation - Immediately usable at any location - Shredding of car and lorry tires, even with wheel rims. - Independent power supply via 380 kW diesel generator - Stand-alone charging by means of a built-on hoist with multigrab. - Low wear costs - High transport cost savings by means of volume reduction through shredded materials
Swarf plants
Shredding technology with competence and many years experience of swarf reprocessing. Thousandfold proven technology guarantees a perfect system solution for size reduction, conveying, centrifuging, sifting and briquetting. Your operational cycles will be quicker, safer and cleaner – your costs will be reduced considerably. Concepts adapted to the manufacturing process - as stand-alone machine: Stand-alone machines are integrated by the customer into an existing processing line. as a plant with decentralized size reduction: The swarf breaker is directly installed at the processing machine. The shredded swarf is conveyed by a pneumatic system or by pumping for further processing. as a central recycling plant: The swarf is collected at the processing machine and then transported to the central recycling plant.
PC: The Standard EREMA Plastic Recycling System
The advanced EREMA System in its 4th generation from the world leader in plastic recycling equipment. Optional touch screen control enables recording of production data, operation of plant via control room and on demand (via modem) online support through the Erema Technical Centre. Up to 30% increased throughput with lower melt temperature … of processed material with the same extruder size. Now possible due to a considerable change in the ratio between the cutter compactor chamber volume and the extruder size (patented). The enlarged cutter compactor chamber volume provides better precutting, a longer dwell time of the processed material in the chamber and a more even temperature homogenity of the precut, preheated plastic material fed to the extruder screw. Consequently screws are now cut deeper and processing temperatures in the extruder are generally lower. The superb positive result is a considerably lower melt temperature of the processed material, resulting in less heat history and better MFI of the reprocessed material at considerably higher output rates
Plastic Recycling System with integrated single-shaft shredder COAX
The COAX plant design from Erema. The perfect addition to the "classic" Erema system. The COAX plant is ideal as an alternative for the reclaiming of thermoplastic materials which would require separate size prereduction before feeding to smaller classic Erema plants The machine consists of a single-shaft shredder arranged coaxially with an extruder. Both single-shaft shredder and extruder are driven together via only one drive in a straightforward design. This enables direct, discontinuous plant feeding with large-volume material portions which have not been reduced in size such as tangled PP tapes, polyamide fibre bales, PP fibre bales as well as lumps, crates, rolls of film (without paper core) etc.
