Door-to-door collection system
For the (separate) collection of domestic waste we have 2 different systems: the traditional door-to-door collection and the central point bring system. The traditional system for collecting domestic waste is based on the 2-wheel container. For this need, OTTO offers you the full range of 2-wheel containers, from 60 to 370 liters. Environmental pressure and legislation resulted in the need for recycling systems. Therefore all our products can be tailored to fit recycling schemes, providing specific inserts for paper, glass and various packaging materials. In addition, OTTO has developed in collaboration with its key customers a number of special systems. These include products such as Vario - a flexible pay-per-volume system; the MEKAM split bin and Quattro Select - collecting four different fractions of waste in a single container. Naturally our products can be equipped with data carriers (transponders, microchips and barcodes) that allows them to function in value-added services working with weighing and identification systems.
Low-level Lifters
For mixed density areas, or for situations in which different collection systems are in operation simultaneously (sacks, unpacked waste, wheeled containers), our multipurpose low-level lifters provide optimised cycle time combined with flexibility and user-friendliness.
Non-automatic Lifters for 2- and 4-wheel containers
n situations where labor costs are not the central issue, non- automatic lifters often are the best answer. These robust, simple, and user-friendly lifters reduce mechanical stress or damage to the bin system; they also keep maintenance costs to a minimum.
OTTO‘s 2- and 4-wheel containers
Waste handling and collection systems are the main products offered by the OTTO Group. The close link and constant exchange of information between our companies as well as our history as waste collecting company allows permanent control of suitability, efficiency, compatibility, quality and cost-effectiveness. You can choose from a wide range of tried-and-tested, state-of-the-art products and systems, which comply with the highest international standards. Based on a strong Core business of 2- and 4-wheel containers the OTTO Group offers an extensive range of specific solutions for handling Domestic Waste or Industrial Waste

Fine Shredder
The EuRec® Rotary Cutter was developed especially to shred biological material, e. g. corn, field crops, etc. Also remaining material from palm-oil and olive oil production can be treated with the EuRec® Rotary Cutter to produce biogas.
Screening Technology
EuRec® Disc Separator – Screening Equipment for difficult Applications The EuRec® Disc Separator - the low-maintenance high-duty separation technology for difficult waste. Domestic waste (residual waste) consists of several components and different organic rates. Rarely, domestic waste is of a dry consistence. Wet organic material has a tendency to clog the screen perforation of commercial screening systems.
Shredder
EuRec® Shredders for versatile fields of use The first slow-speed Shredders were almost exclusively intended to be used on the field of old timber shredding. Aim was to reduce transport volume. In the course of time, lots of applications were added and the output grain size was reduced. That resulted in extensive further developments of shredding tools. Today, EuRec® provides shredding tools for different fields of application.

Activated Carbons as Support Materials
In the fine chemical industry catalysts based on precious metals on activated carbon supports are frequently used because such systems exhibit interesting features with regard to their application. Activated carbons are stable in both acidic and basic media, which is not true for alumina or silica. Alumina as well as silica are dissolved at high pH and the former is also attacked at very low pH. A very important point for the economic use of precious metal catalysts, especially highly loaded ones, is recovery, refining and recycling of the metal. This procedure is simplified by the use of carbon as support, for this material can be burnt off, leading to highly concentrated ashes that permit an economical recovery of the precious metal. This technology is also very effective from an ecological standpoint, for it does not produce large amounts of solid waste that need to be landfilled.
Round Tubes
The Exel pullwinding technology enables the manufacture of high-performance composite tubes while optimizing the structure by orientation of the fibres and and minimizing the use of raw materials. The choice of reinforcing materials is determined by the technical demands for the tube, such as weight, stiffness and strength, and its ability to insulate heat and electricity. Glass fibre is widely used reinforcing the material that gives the product the properties like light weight, durability, stiffness and wide range of colours. Carbon fibre enables the manufacture of even lighter and stiffer tubes. It should be noted that carbon fibre conducts electricity. Carbon fibre products are always black. Exel has a wide range of standard round tubes available. From navigation above or from the links on the right you will find the tube catagories according to outer diameter. Please choose the category of your interest to move further to the lists of diameters
Standard profiles
Flexibility in design and various material combinations are the main advantages of composites over any conventional material. The structural possibilties are almost unlimited. Orientation of th efibres and fibre contents can be adjusted according to application. Special properties such as resistant to heat, fire, chemicals and weathering can be achieved by choosing the appropriate resin system, fibre type and surface treatment. Even though we are specializing in developing and designing the products according to each customer demand, we also have a wide range of tooling for standard shapes available. Please choose the shape category from the navigation above or on the right to see the dimensions more in detail. Please note that these are only guidelines, so do not hesitate to ask for furtehr details and dimension.

Gravity Belt Thickener with mechanical belt adjustment
Range : Série SD Filtering length : 2m Flowrate : 0 à 35 m3/H For a belt of 0,50 - 2,50 meter wide Range : Série MD Filtering length : 3m Flowrate : 0 à 70 m3/H For a belt of 1,00 - 3,00 meter wide Sizing of the Gravity Belt Thickener is determined by : - The filtering area The dry solids inlet concentration (minimum 5 g/litre) - The required final dryness - The sludge volume
Liming unit
The increase in temperature makes possible : - The destruction of pathogenic bacteria and parasites - Improved hygiene - Odour reduction - Insolubility of heavy metals - Improvement of sludge structure - dependent on type of mixer - Improvement of sludge agricultural value - Achievement of the required dry solids level for landfill disposal
Medium pressure belt filter press
The belt is automatically tensioned using two jacks in order to achieve: - A medium pressure of 4-7 bars and alternated shearing due to the position of the rollers and the " shifting " of the two belts. (EMO patent). - A variable pressing course and effective area, dependent on the tensioning jacks, giving 60% more efficiency than the medium pressure range. Our equipment range offers: - Belt width from 1m - 3m - Automatic belt alignment by pneumatic jacks - Hydraulic and dry solids loading capacity dependent on sludge type - Construction in stainless steel AISI 304 L as standard - Optional skid mounting - Totally automatic operating system - Cover security system (EU compliant) - Optional odour control

Split-O-Mat® series compact plants
The popular and proven plants of the Split-O-Mat® series cover the wide spectrum of chemical, physical and biological waste water treatment and recycling processes. They are suitable for industrial waste water in almost every branch and have proven themselves over and over in the last 30 years. Worldwide there are over 6,000 Split-O-Mat® plants in operation in various industrial and production facilities. The plants in this series are standardized, so EnviroChemie can quickly and easily deliver economical, effective solutions
The Lugan® product group
Dissolved air flotation plants for the treatment of industrial waste water Lugan® flotation plants further treat waste water resulting from wash processes, for instance from the wash stations of vehicles. After a pretreatment in a separation plant they remove emulgated oils and fats as well as heavy metals. The plants have proven themselves in a variety of industries, from the food industry to wash stations, and fulfilled the requirements of many different applications, from individual plants for an indirect return to the environment to recycling, as well as pretreatment for biological plants. The post-treatment of waste water ensures that it meets the requirements regarding pH values, hydrocarbons, lipophilic materials and heavy metals. COD and BOD values are significantly reduced.
