Chemical Transfer Pumps
Transfer Pumps are used wherever fluids have to be transferred from one repository into another one. As the media to be transferred have most varying properties, transfer pumps with varying functional principles will be used. ProMinent eccentric screw pump Spectra suitable for transfer of viscous polyelectrolyte up to 12.000 l/h. The magnetically-coupled centrifugal pump vonTaine® for safe and leakage-free transfer of liquid chemicals up to 22.500 l/h from tank to tank. Transfer without electricity – air-driven diaphragm pump Duodos, capacity up to 6700 l/h. DULCO®Trans barrel pumps suitable for bottling, draining and decanting of liquids and from cans, barrels and containers.
Membrane Filtration Systems
In water treatment membrane filtration is the technique with the lowest operation costs used to remove particles and salts in the water. For this area, ProMinent offers multiple and high quality systems. These being completed by the large range of ProMinent products for a customer-specific complete solution, i.e. complete the water treatment process solution from one source. Membrane filtration is a physical procedure for particle separation by means of semi-permeable membranes. There are 4 types of technologies, depending on the size of the particles/molecules, that are to be removed: microfiltration ultrafiltration nanofiltration reverse osmosis
Metering Pumps
Metering pumps are used wherever fluids must be dosed into a medium with a highest possible grade of accuracy with a defined volume and within a defined time period. ProMinent has worked in this business for more than 40 years in a leading position. Offering the worldwide largest range of metering pumps, ProMinent comes up optimally to your special requirements.
Water softeners and filters
Water softeners and filters Water is in permanent circulation in Nature. Soft rainwater passes through the surface, gets in contact with stones, natural and artificial materials. During this interaction different suspended and dissolved particles, organic and inorganic compounds get into water. These pollutants can generate damage during water use therefore they should be removed from water. ProMinent® water softeners and water filters provide solution exactly for this problem
Injection sealing system
The KASRO injection sealing systems make it possible to seal lateral duct connections with nominal widths of DN100 to DN200. The flexibility of the balloon allows injection of the widest range of geometric shapes and sizes. The injection system is positioned using the self-propelled unit, the rotary module and the camera. By means of compressed air cylinders, the system is braced inside the walls of the main duct. The balloon is then inserted into the lateral duct and inflated. Following this, the sealant is injected and the electrical heating systems in both the balloon and plate accelerate the hardening of the injected sealant. The injection of the sealant directly from the container onto the damaged part makes it possible to carry out controlled repairs in low-pressure zones. This means that ground water leakage into lateral ducts can now be repaired. The injection system blocks the lateral duct opening for a brief time only, thereby ensuring that there are no negative effects on the occupied duct area.
KASRO self-propelled unit
The KASRO self-propelled unit is equipped with a pneumatic cross-bar pressure system. The bars of this system hold the wheels and prevent them from slipping in damaged locations such as lateral duct connections. All the wheels on the self-propelled unit are equipped with their own drive so that obstacles can be driven over without problem. Although the weight of the unit is so low, a strong propulsive thrust is achieved by the gentle force exercised by the pneumatic pressure. For larger duct diameters, gear units with larger gear wheels are mounted onto the unit. The ensuing transmission reduction has the advantage of keeping the speed constant. As a result, the additional load does not affect the basic module.. The self-propelled unit can propel all the other working units: the working robot, the sealing systems and the camera.
Working robot
KASRO working robots can work along four axes in the nominal widths: Rotation, forward motion, raising, lowering and tilting the pan head. All these motions can be carried out simultaneously with speed-control allowing three-dimensional operation of the units. The working robot is brought into position by the self-propelled unit and stabilized against the inner walls of the duct with pneumatic pressure. This stability allows the robot to perform its work with the required precision. Equipped with a tilting tool head, the working robot can operate even in the deepest, most inaccessible lateral ducts. The light working robot model is similar in function to the standard working robot without the tilting tool head option. The working robot light2 is the shortest model. This design does not have the forward motion mode making it suitable for use in cleaning shafts

Bin lifter
PRESTO Bin Lifter PRESTO bin lifters can be used in centralised disposal systems. Waste is collected in bins and full bins are wheeled to a compactor where a bin lifter takes the strain out of emptying the bins. A bin is lifted, the contents are tipped into the charge box of the compactor and then the bin is lowered again. A bin lifter can be integrated into a compactor or built as a stand-alone - mobile or stationary - unit. An integral bin lifter uses the hydraulics and electrics of the compactor, a stand-alone bin lifter has its own power pack. Bin lifters can handle almost any type of collection bin, for example standard waste storage bins MGB 120 to U 2,5, special discharge bins or customer-specific bins.
mobile compactors
PRESTO Mobile Compactors PRESTO Mobile Compactors are designed for handling large volumes of recyclables, industrial waste, and domestic-type waste. Each mobile compactor is a single unit that consists of a compactor with a permanently connected compaction container. This has the advantage that special preparations of a customer’s site are not needed as the compactor only requires electrical power connections. An electro-hydraulically driven, horizontal ram compacts the material into the compactor container.
Pet compactors
PRESTO PET Compactors Kampwerth Umwelttechnik have developed high-performance perforators and pre-crushers that optimise the destruction and compaction of PET bottles, and offer significant savings in storage and transportation costs. The combination of a PRESTO Perforator, a PRESTO Pre-Crusher and a PRESTO Static Auger Compactor ensures highest compaction so that a 30 m3 Receiver Container can hold 5.0 to 7.0 tons of material.
PRESTO Horizontal Balers
PRESTO Horizontal Balers PRESTO Horizontal Balers are used when it is required to compact solid recyclable material into high-density bales. The baler has an electrically powered, hydraulic unit; it drives a horizontal compactor ram that compacts the material. This arrangement facilitates continuous loading of the baler and therefore our horizontal balers can be integrated into continuous production processes.
DH & XH balers
The DH & XH balers are all equipped with Presona´s unique two-step prepress system. This system allows a feed opening of 2200 mm - all the way from the feed opening down to the bottom of the press chamber.
LP Balers
The correct capacity Presona baler to meet the customer´s requirements is always available. The Presona LP Balers range consist of 6 basic models, the OH, EH, VH, CH, DH and XH. These letters refer to size of the feed opening. All models are available with either larger or doubled up motors for higher output.
Presona Sorting Plants
The world population is increasing day by day. We have become accustomed to an increasingly high standard of consumption, more products, new products. The quantity of used material is also increasing at an alarming rate - and with it - the problem of handling this waste.
Presona Waste Extraction Systems
Presona offers the total solution for rational and effective handling of paper rejects from the graphic industry, from paper and cardboard manufacturers and from the packaging industry. The Presona waste extraction plant always builds on the same principle. Each specific plant is customized with respect to required air and material flow capacity, number of suction points etc.
