improve safety, reduce maintenance costs, and optimize treatment equipment operation with automation!
Grease, Algae, Debris, Scum, Foam, Sludge and other materials can accumulate, diminishing equipment function and requiring regular cleaning maintenance that is both time consuming and hazardous. Automated Cleaning and Control Systems can address the collection areas of the unwanted material with the use of water. These debris control methods use less water and energy, require less maintenance time, and do not use chemicals.
Fixed Gas Systems
Design of the GMA200-MW gas warning system The design and configuation of the GMA200-MW gas warning system ensures flexible, simple and clear-ly structured operation in industri-al and commercial applications for measuring combustible and toxic gases/vapours, and for measuring oxygen concentrations.
Multi-gas detectors
4-Gas detector This robust 4-Gas detector measures up to 4 gases simultaneously: Oxygen (O2), hydrogen sulphide (H2S), carbon monoxide (CO) and cumbustible gases (CH4). It was developed especially for personal protection against gas hazards and is carried at the working clothes. A large, coloured graphic display provides clear readings of all data.

Geoprobe
Geoprobe®... a brand name of high quality, hydraulically-powered machines that use both static force and percussion to advance sampling and logging tools into the subsurface.
Geoprobe®
Geoprobe® tools are used to perform soil core and soil gas sampling, groundwater sampling, electrical conductivity and contaminant logging, grouting, and materials injection. Geoprobe® range includes also geotechnical tools (SPT, CPT…). Geoprobe® probing equipment has redefined the way sites are investigated in the Environmental Industry. In many areas of the world, Geoprobe® brand machines and tools have displaced traditional drilling methods as the preferred mode of collecting subsurface samples. Crude Oil Desalting Plant
The Plant This plant is utilized to wash salt from crude oil. In cases where crude oil is highly contaminated with salt deposits in order to upgrade the market value of the crude the salt must be washed and removed. There are different types of technology to use for this application, the principle one being the injection and mixing of fresh water into the crude so that the salt is transferred from the crude into the water phase and then the water phase (containing the salt) is separated from the crude oil.
Drilling Mud Decanters
Of primary detriment to drilling fluids are ultra fine and colloidal size drill cutting particles. These particles, if not removed create havoc in a variety of ways. They slow the rate of penetration compounding rig days and cost. They disrupt the drilling fluid rheology, especially gels strengths, thereby upsetting the ECD risking mud losses and worse creating potential blow out situations.
Fuel Cleaning Systems for Onshore Drilling Operations
The module Onshore drilling operations frequently encounter problems with polluted fuel to power both the rig and accomodation camps. Water and sediment are often present in unacceptable quantities and create operational problems such as frequently clogged fuel filters and high temperature corrosion problems on engine injectors.
Treatment of Slop Oils and Oily Sludges
The module Waste streams in oil refining and production facilities contaminated with excessive sediments are easy to separate from the liquid (oil & water) in a G-force decanter so that the liquid effluent portion can be returned to the refinery oil-water separators. If however after sediments are removed by the 2-phase decanter and the effluent phase (oil & water) need to be separated then the decanter module is to be installed in combination with the G-force MKII or MKIII or MKX Series Plants.
