Booster Pumps
Papantonatos booster pumps use the technology developed to fit narrow wells. In a similar manner they can be adapted into an existing pipeline to operate as a booster pump. A Papantonatos submersible pump installed inside a custom designed pressure casing offers the following advantages: - The unit can easily be installed in-line in a pipe (horizontally or vertically). - The compact size requires little space and can be fitted into an existing pipe system. - All bearings are water lubricated; no oil or grease can contaminate drinking water or other pumping medium. The units are maintenance and trouble free. - The pump can operate in various modes: continuous duty, automatic stop-start or continuous variable speed by frequency control. - The encapsulated unit runs quietly - an important advantage for use in high density areas. It can operate in any environment; the design eliminates potential damage from floods or leaks and vandalism. - Papantonatos submersible pump program covers a wide range. The modular design allows a variable number of stages maximizing flexibility

Bag opener
This machine limits the user and maintenance costs to the absolute minimum. The Bag Opener may be fed from a conveyor belt, grabber or shovel with bags. The bags fall onto a drum fitted with hammers. The helical placement of the hammers allows a maximum impact from each hammer. The slowly revolving drum takes the material along an adjustable comb which is also fitted with sturdy hammers. The space between the comb and the drum can be easily adjusted by means of spindles. This makes it easy to process several types of material; large bags, small bags, bales of material, fine material etc. After opening the bags, the material will fall from the bottom of the machine onto a conveyor or into a chute.
Balers
BOA baling presses: baler solution for each market Looking for balers that produce heavy, well-shaped, stackable bales at low operational costs? BOA Recycling Equipment provides the best bale solution, thanks to an extensive program of horizontal balers. Choice of the best baling press The choice of the most suitable baling press depends on the materials to bale and your operating process. Do you need a waste baler, paper baler, plastics or cardboard baler? Each market needs a baling press with a typical press method. Sometimes a cutting press is the better solution, sometimes a baler with a single prepress flap is better when baling difficult materials such as PET and plastics. In some cases a high press force combined with certain capacity requirements leads to a baler with double prepress flaps. BOA has a complete range of baling presses with: The Impress® baler series and the cutting press Continette II. Impress® balers The BOA baling presses of the Impress® series fill the different needs of different markets. The Impress® series offer three different press methods: cutting single flap double flap Different press forces, drives and bale sizes Each baler line – single flap, double flap or cutting – consists of balers with several pressing forces and drives. The Impress® balers have a press force of 60 up to 225 tons. The double flap baler is available in three types of channel (bale) sizes. BOA is the only bale manufacturer that produces compactors with double flaps, therefore combining high-pressure baling with a large filling opening. Innovatively constructed baling presses Thanks to the innovative construction the Impress® baling presses are faster and extremely reliable at the same time, all of this at low operational cost. Would you like to read more about the Impress balers? Please download the brochure through the following link. → Download Impress® The cutting press Continette II The cutting press Continette II with 40 tons press force builds on the strengths of the original Continette: reliability, durability, compactness, strength and low costs. However, we further improved the technique of the product if needed. Basically, the BOA engineers turned the Continette II into the compact version of its revolutionary high-end baling press, the Impress. The result is a low-maintenance, low-cost baling press offering long-term operational reliability for our customers. For decades.

Flow switches
Liquid Flow Switches and Air/Gas Flow Switches for Industrial Process Measurement and Automation FCI flow switches feature thermal dispersion technology in which the temperature difference is greatest in a no-flow condition and decreases as flow increases, cooling the heated RTD. Changes in flow velocity directly affect the extent to which heat dissipates and, in turn, the magnitude of the temperature difference between the RTDs. An electronic control circuit converts the RTD temperature difference into a DC voltage signal. Both of these signals are provided at output terminals and are used to drive two adjustable-setpoint alarm circuits. Both alarms are independently field configurable for flow, liquid level/interface or temperature operation. FCI has designed and developed four standard thermal flow switch product series to meet a broad range of performance and environmental application requirements. Each FCI flow switch group can be distinctly identified by the following listed general instrument characteristics:
Level Switches
Level Switches and Fluid Level Switches for Industrial Process Measurement and Automation FCI liquid level/interface switches feature thermal dispersion technology in which the temperature difference between the two RTDs is greatest in the absence of liquid and decreases when the level element is submerged, cooling the heated RTD. An electronic control circuit converts the RTD temperature difference into a DC voltage signal. Both signals are provided at output terminals to drive two adjustable-setpoint alarm circuits. Both alarms are independently field configurable for liquid level, interface or temperature operation. Since all process media exhibit different heat transfer capabilities, highly sensitive FCI liquid level/interface controllers may be specifically calibrated to detect difficult interfaces between fluids -- including liquids, gases, slurries and foam regardless of their physical properties. FCI has designed and developed three standard thermal level switch product series to meet a broad range of performance and environmental application requirements. Each FCI level switch group can be distinctly identified by the following listed general instrument characteristics: An electronic control circuit converts the RTD temperature difference into a DC voltage signal.
