Grp liners
Inner film (styrene-proof) is removed after curing Glass fibre roving complex styrene-proof outer film Protective film against UV radiation and damage during insertion
Insertion tool for SAERTEX-LINER®
We offer an insertion tool for the easier insertion of SAERTEX-LINERS® of larger dimensions, especially above DN 600. The table consists of rollers over which the liner glides drawn by the winch. Adjustable rollers mounted on the sides can be set to the corresponding DN so that the liner is automatically pleated as it glides over the insertion tool. In addition, a correct adjustment of the bow prevents the liner from slipping. A special deflection roller guides the liner into the old pipe in the manhole. No-one has to be in the manhole during insertion. This means that even larger liners can be easily fitted with only 2 - 3 employees. The insertion tool can either be rented for as many days as you need it or purchased directly. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Carpy, Tel.: +49 160 905422568 or email: r.carpy@saertex.com

Ionisation Scrubber TECHNOLOGY
SEILER has developed the so called "counter current flow electrostatic precipitator" to solve the above mentioned problems. This wet electrostatic precipitator ensures a maximum efficiency of separation of finest dust particles and aerosols in combination with gaseous emissions. The particles contained in the waste gas are electrically loaded in several steps. They are deflected from the direction of flow to the collecting plates which are continuously flushed with washing liquor. The particles are collected and led to the recirculation tank together with the washing liquor. The liquor film on the collecting plates forms the real collecting electrode.
Rotary Kilns
Seiler offers a wide range of Rotary Kilns for many applications, tailor made for your needs. Depending on the waste composition, the incineration may take place in single or double stage incineration, in a parallel or counter stream design. Depending on local demands and regulations, post combustion temperatures may reach from 850°C (1.560F) to 1.200°C (2.200F). The advantage of a Rotary Kiln: As soon it enters the system, the waste is thoroughly and constantly mixed by the rotating incinerator and at the same time, it is also continuously homogenized and ventilated. Wet waste is dried by the use of hot gases and the refractories of the cylindrical chamber. To maximise the lifetime of the plant, no metal parts come in contact with the waste product or gas.
SCR-Process INTRODUCTION
During the last decade denoxing by selective catalytic reduction (SCR-process) became the state of the art. DeNOx Catalysator Formerly, mainly caloric power stations have been equipped with SCR-units, but a change in politics - clean air acts - forced a further decrease of the NOx-emission in other industries as well. Today most industrial waste gases have to be treated. When compared with other technologies the SCR-technique realizes the highest efficiency rates at reasonable operating costs. SEILER Ges.m.b.H., has optimized the SCR-technique in long term testing at a semi-industrial pilot plant and installation of several industrial plants, mainly in the stainless steel industry and for waste incinerators. A simple design and extensive operation know how led to an economical configuration of the plants.
Ultrafiltration H2O-ULTRA-PRO
The cross flow filtration is a pure physical process. The components to be separated are not changed chemically, thus recycling is possible. By selection of the proper pore size smaller molecules pass through the membrane, whereas macromolecules are retained. Inorganic ultra filtration membranes are applied.

Our special technologies applied in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment and recycling are as follows: C-TECH Cyclic activated sludge treatment for biological wastewater treatment in municipalities and industries C-MEM Micro- / ultra-filtration for direct filtration of wastewater or as an MBR (membrane bioreactor) in combination with biological treatment.
Chain conveyor
The SHW chain conveyors can connect all the individual processing units of the complete system. They guarantee a reliable and cost-effective transportation method for bulk materials. High operational safety is achieved by using top quality transport chains, accessories and specialist materials.
Rotor discharge system
Function The rotor system is a patented silo technology and consists of the material relief system which reduces material compaction and the rotor discharge system with one or more discharge screws. The rotor discharge system is installed in the centre of the flat silo bottom. The rotor drum consists of a welded steel construction on which drag arms are fixed which grab into the material. The rotor drive consists of a planetary gear developed specifically by SHW with a specially designed spur gear unit. It is electric motor driven and controlled by a frequency converter. Using multiple discharge screws in one silo it is possible to feed a metered quantity into different devises all at the same time. The material outlet can be arranged in many configurations to suit the system requirements.

Screening & Process Equipment
Circular motion screening machine REKORD. Applications sand and gravel, building materials, rocks, crushed stone, chippings, minerals, ores, pellets, sinter, coal, coke, petrol coke, chemical products, fertilizers, granular material, salts, sugar, compost, refuse, refuse slags Operational characteristics SIEBTECHNIK circular motion screens are freely vibrating. This means that the amplitude is self regulating depending on the relationship between the weight of the screen itself and the counterweight. Circular motion machines have a steep angle of throw and therefore require an inclination of 10-18°. Exceptions are the dewatering screen at 3-5° and steep screens, for example when screening sand at an angle of 20-40°.
