Gas bags
The pressureless external gas storage for installation in existing buildings Gas bags are the earliest gas storage systems. In most cases gas bags are realised as cylinders or angular cushions. The shape is often determined by the space available.
SATTLER Double membrane-gas storage - external
The traditional external gas storage for high gas pressures,Outer shell providing protection against climatic conditions.
Moist salt scattering technique: FS 30
Dry salt is loaded into the scattering material container of the vehicles. NaCl, CaCl2 or MgCl2 brine is contained in liquid tanks attached to the side of the scattering material containers. The salt and the moistening salt solution are separate during transport. The thawing salt and the moistening salt solution are mixed immediately before bringing the material out onto the scattering plate, in the mixing ratio of 70 percent by weight of thawing salt and 30 percent by weight of moistening salt solution. A less common variant (FS 5) also exists apart from the customary moistening salt (FS 30).
Moist salt: Better adhesion, greater scattering widths
Moist salt is obtained by wetting the dry thawing salt with salt solutions (NaCl, CaCl2 , MgCl2 ). This prevents blow-away while it is being scattered onto the road, permits greater scattering width, gives better adhesion than dry salt to roadways covered with hoarfrost and smooth ice, initiates the thawing process more quickly and keeps the roads ice free for a longer time. The quicker action and smaller blow-away losses makes it possible to use smaller quantities of moist salt and at the same time achieve a greater effect. Moist salt scattering has increased greatly during the nineteeneighties outside of municipal areas. Since the beginning of the nineties it is also increasingly applied within municipal areas; it is to become the standard form of scattering thawing agents in Germany.

3.5 tonne Scarab Minor
The standard 3.5 tonne Scarab Minor is the most versatile urban/precinct sweeper in the world. With a hopper capacity of 2.0 cubic metres fitted with Large Access doors on either side, a water tank of 420 litres using a heavy duty commercial water pump to power the low pressure front spray bar, brush and nozzle jets.
M6 auxiliary engined skid-mount kit
To meet the challenge of continued demand for Scarab's truck mounted sweepers we have developed the M6 auxiliary engined skid-mount kit, designed specifically for installation anywhere in the world to the end-user's chassis of choice.
Scarab Merlin XP truckmount sweeper
Following on from the great success of the Merlin range of sweepers, Scarab have seen fit to develop a derivative to allow UK users to continue to exploit the 7.5 tonne category still popular amongst Local Authorities and Contractors.
Scarab`s truck-mounted sweepers
To meet the challenge of continued demand for Scarab`s truck-mounted sweepers in the ever-changing market place, we have developed the Mistral range of Auxiliary engined PM10 compliant sweepers. Now users, can specify a modern alternative to the traditional auxiliary engined sweeper and a Scarab alternative to our range of single engined sweepers.

Briquette presses.
The briquette presses by Schuko can make a substantial contribution to reducing the amount of space required to collect dust and shavings. Wood shavings briquettes require a minimum of storage space and have an excellent thermal value.
Fans
The fan is the driving force of any extraction system. It is responsible for both performance and operating costs. Schuko radial fans are manufactured in an industrial welding process and are designed for long-term operation. The technical construction is in accordance with the DIN 24166: "Technical conditions of delivery for fans".
Filter technology
The proper filtering unit and the careful choice of the appropriate filter material is vital not only for the protection of the employees and the environment.
Mobile dust extractors
Schuko has developed the VACOMAT mobile dust extractors particularly for mobile and flexible employment at the workplace. All units have been approved of by the German Woodworking Board and have received the German Woodworking Trade Associations' Mark of Conformity H2 and H3 (rest dust concentration 0,2 bzw. 0,1 mg/m3).
