Liquid ring compressors of the series LPHX-LPH
Liquid ring compressors of the series LPHX/LPH are single-stage displacement compressors of simple and robust construction. They have the following important features like handling of nearly all gases and vapours, non-polluting due to nearly isothermal compression, oil-free (as no lubrication in the working chamber), additional liquid can be handled with the gas flow, easy in maintenance and reliable operation, low noise and nearly free of vibrations, wide choice of material (applicable nearly everywhere) and no metallic contact of the rotating parts.
sludge drying systems
STEULER ANLAGENBAU is in cooperation with SCI – Technology, Erkelenz, Germany, in the area of sludge drying systems. SCI has more than 20 years practical experiences in Drum Drying Technology for sludge. 1978 the first drum dryer for dewatered municipal sludge was delivered. Meanwhile, 17 drum dryer lines have been successfully installed, one of them is the biggest drum dryer in Europe with 15.4 t/h evaporation, heated by the flue gases from an incineration plant. Scope of Sludge Drying Technologies Direct heated drum dryer Indirect heated drum dryer Drum drying without any kind of dried product remixing Drum drying with product remixing for dust free granules as final product Advantages Low thermal and electrical energy consumption Use of waste heat possible Sludge circulation to prevent “sticky phase” not required Single pass drum with low maintenance requirements Wide performance range Safety approved technology

AHLSTAR ™ W Series
AHLSTAR ™ W pumps are intended for corrosive and abrasive applications where durability is essential. The special hydraulic design reduces erosion while careful selection of parts materials to make them compatible with corrosive conditions, gives extended working life and reliability. Gas removal construction is also offered.
AHLSTAR™ A Series
AHLSTAR™ A pumps are designed for pumping clean, abrasive or corrosive liquids as well as stocks of various kinds. If the liquid contains gas or air the pump can be modified with either internal or external gas removal construction which stabilizes the operation. The Sulzer Dynamic Seal is specially designed for difficult liquids offering reliable operation and low total sealing costs.
AHLSTARUP Stock-Process Pump Range
Sulzer Pumps launched the new five-star AHLSTARUP stock/process pump range for the pulp and paper industry
CPT
The CPT chemical process pump is designed for continous operation in process industries for pumping clean, abrasive or corrosive liquids. This pump is designed to exceed ANSI (ASME B73.1M) pump standards.

Composting systems
Biofix (row komposting)· Kompoflex (stack composting)
Mechanical-biological waste treatment (MBP)
In the MBP waste from household and bulk waste collections and industrial waste similar to household refuse can be treated. In combination with the biological intensive and subsequent digestion by our turning system we achieve a considerable minimization of volumes, masses and harmful materials and preserve the resources.

Centrifugal Sifter
An unmatched combination of features makes the Sweco Centrifugal Sifter the finest of its kind. The unique Sweco Pre-Screen (optional) allows more material to be screened with fewer fines in the oversize, which will increase productivity and efficiency, and ultimately optimize the profits of any processing system. Seven different models are available ranging from 0.3 ft² up to 17 ft² in screen area.
Grinding Mills
Sweco® Vibro-Energy® Grinding Mills are the most versatile line of mills available today for fast, low-cost particle size reduction to sub-micron range. Vibro-Energy grinding action achieves higher output per input horsepower; precise control of size and distribution. Product contamination from media and lining wear is virtually eliminated. Maintenance costs are low because of few moving parts and replaceable linings made of abrasion-resistant metal, ceramic or elastomers. The Sweco Vibro-Energy Mill's unique vibratory motion, coupled with the use of cylindrical media, allows a dense packing of the media bed assuring maximum media surface contact and minimum void area when operated under a low energy condition. Feed materials as large as 300 microns can be reduced to sub-micron sizes.
Round Separators
Screen changes have never been easier or faster than with the operator-friendly QuickChange™ NV Separator from Sweco. QuickChange NV reduces screen changing to a one-man operation, greatly reducing the necessary labor and eliminating the need to involve maintenance crews. This non-vibrating design utilizes a set of closed loop hydraulic lifters, which are mounted off the base of the unit or to the plant floor. QuickChange. Another Sweco innovation that separates us from the rest.
White Water Filter
Provides high flow rate, fine mesh centrifugal screening to remove all particles larger than screen mesh opening with no dependence on differences in specific gravity. Ideal for effluent and water recycle streams for large plants. Units available that remove suspended solids down to 500 mesh (25 microns).
Rubber - an excellent material for effective anti-vibration damping.
SWERUB AB manufacturers rubber products for many leading industrial groups active on international markets. We also manufacture a wide range of rubber components on behalf of several well known Nordic companies. Our most important products are anti-vibration components and rubber mountings for various types of machinery. Excellent vibration absorption means in most contexts an extended life span for the machine - and lower maintenance and repair costs. A product well protected from vibration also reduces noise problems. And, possibly most important of all - if the machinery is operated by hand, the risk of work related injuries is reduced. Rubber has the best anti-vibration properties of any material. Well manufactured and well adjusted absorbers can reduce vibration to levels of just a couple of per cent of the original vibration. Purpose made rubber also offers, excellent durability and a long life. Rubber based vibration absorption is therefore cheap, effective and extremely durable.
sludge pumps
sludge pumps
Pump technology
Our concrete pumps (as well as our sludge pumps) are hydraulically driven, twin-cylinder pumps. Their hydraulic drive and control systems (called the "brain") have all been designed by SCHWING engineers specifically for applications in concrete and sludge pumps. Because of this, they fulfil more than just the necessary functions of a hydraulic pumping system. The combination of the two systems achieves an extremely steady and gentle pumping pattern, even at maximum outputs.

SAFE-TAINER System for Fresh Solvents
The SAFE-TAINER™ system for fresh solvents is equipped with a pump-unit, a dry-break coupling adapter and an air admission valve. By using the originally recommended connections, the solvent is transferred to the degreaser or other equipment with virtually no risk of emissions or spills. The connection is completed quickly in a few simple steps. Unauthorised refilling of the container is impossible. Fresh Solvent Transfer The SAFE-TAINER system is connected to the cleaning equipment in one step. The solvent is transferred to the machine by activating the motor on the pump-unit or on the machine. Expelled vapours are returned to the container through a separate hose. Various accessories make it possible to connect the SAFE-TAINER system to a variety of machines from leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
SAFE-TAINER System for Used Solvents
The SAFE-TAINER™ system for used solvents is equipped with a vapour-return, dry-break connection and an overfill protection device. Connection to the degreasing or other equipment is achieved by using original SAFECHEM accessories. This system virtually eliminates the risk of emissions and spills during the transfer of used solvent. Used Solvent Transfer The SAFE-TAINER container connects to the cleaning equipment in a few simple steps. During solvent transfer, the expelled vapour from the container drum returns to the machine through a second hose. The overfill protection device shuts down the solvent transfer from the machine when the maximum filling level is reached.
