Condition Monitoring
In order to minimise the ownership costs of capital equipment, it is critical for the user to monitor and maintain the equipment once installed. Failure to do so will impact both on the mechanical integrity and economic performance of the installed equipment.
Hydrostream
Engineered split case pumps
Thru-stream
Split case pumps of the through bore standard design
Transformer Oil Pumps for Fixed and Traction Applications
SPP's transformer oil pump range is designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. SPP have been producing transformer oil pumps for more than sixty years. Life expectancy in many cases has exceeded forty years.
Construction
Many members of the construction industry, including purchasers, project managers and engineers, have already made Sprung their building solution. Sprung structures have been used as winter hoarding applications for oil & gas businesses; warehousing solutions for construction companies; and even gymnasiums and recreation space at large remote man camp locations. A Sprung structure is the ideal solution for the construction industry needing a fast, reliable shelter application that can meet strict deadlines and come in under budget. With a lightweight aluminum substructure and a proven-performance architectural membrane, Sprung structures have the ability to be crane-lifted into place, even during large concrete pours, and are durable enough to withstand gale-force winds. A limited foundation requirement also means a quick erection process even on the most sensitive of surfaces areas, while Sprung’s convenient monthly leasing plans allow for greater flexibility and convenience.
Warehousing
Sprung's large clearspan design ensures interiors are free from obstructive pillars, and with a wide selection of superior insulation packages, cargo door options, and daylight panels, Sprung is the ideal warehouse building solution to save time and money. Sprung's relocatable design is flexible enough for multi-use general warehouse applications while its long-term durability means it can be used again and again. Provided appropriate soil conditions exist, foundations are not required on structures up to 160 feet. With low-cost, immediate shipping, Sprung offers superior engineering and the ultimate in flexibility for your warehouse building.
Depot container
Depot container for the central collection of scrap glass, waste paper, light packaging material, textiles and electronic scrap The 1.6 m³, 3.2 m³ and 5 m³ Depot containers have proved themselves as a collection system for large quantities of recyclable material. Practical and adaptable. Each container is part of the same basic modular system, which can always be quickly converted from one version to another. Existing input apertures are easily exchangeable with minimal time and expense - e.g. the glass aperture for a paper aperture. The aperture inserts are fully compatible and are easy to fit with the simple use of only two screws.

Domestic waste sorting plants
Plant description Up to 50 % of the domestic waste in big cities end up in the wrong dustbins. There you can find residues with the pre-sorted light packagings and contrariwise a lot of plastics are found in the household waste.
ERDF Plants | refuse derived fuels
Plant description Industrial and bulky waste contain a lot of recyclable materials with a high calorific value like for example cardboard, paper, wood, plastics, minerals etc.
Industrial waste sorting plant
In this plant, mixed industrial waste is sorted according to recyclable materials with a high degree of automation. Valuable substance fractions: FE, NE, PE, PET, PP, films, paper, cardboard, wood, minerals, refuse-derived fuels.
Sorting plants for light packaging materials
Plant description Film, plastic bottles, packagings etc. are to be found in our consuming and economic goods every day . A very important precondition for the further treatment of these synthetics towards raw material and recources processing for the production of recyclables and secondary raw materials is the unmix as well as the cleanness of these plastics.

Channel Mixers
Statiflo's Channel Mixers are revolutionising the design and operation of water and waste water treatment plants.
Series 100-150
Carbon Steel and stainless steel mixers with fixed or removable elements. A general purpose design suitable for all industries. Available with heating and cooling jackets, injectors, sample points and instrumentation bosses.
Series 600-650
Large diameter stainless steel or coated carbon steel/stainless steel mixers with fixed elements for water and wastewater treatment industries and general purpose. Flanged or plain ended for VJ couplings. Optional injectors and sampling points. Coatings are available in Scotchkote 206N or Rilsan.
Series 700
High surface mixers with edge sealed elements for high pressure and high viscosity polymer processing applications. Also for laminar flow thermal homogenisation. Available in carbon and stainless steels.
Statiflo STX Heat Exchange Motionless Mixer Systems for high viscosity and heat sensitive liquids
An extremely efficient range of heat exchangers for use mainly in laminar flow applications. All Statiflo designs rely on improved radial mixing and flow division for virtual elimination of boundary layers which form the biggest resistance to heat transfer in laminar flow.
Connecting sockets
Connecting pipes can be done by drilling into the pipes on site and fitting a vitrified clay push-in socket into the hole drilled. Vitrified clay connecting sockets are available in DN 150 and DN 200 and exist in various shank lengths. The choice of the shank length is made on the basis of the thickness of the wall of the pipes.
Inspection chambers
Steinzeug | Keramo has developed various inspection systems: - Mini chambers with DN 300 or 400 riser pipes in vitrified clay with finished flow line (straight 180° or right angled 90°) and pre-fitted joints; - Inspection pipes constructed from pipe fittings with a rising diameter in the same diameter as the main sewer; for example DN 150/150 or 200/200 mm.
Miocrotunnelling
Vitrified clay pipes for microtunnelling applications are available in sizes DN 150 to DN 1400. Apart from pipes that are entirely made of vitrified clay, concrete jacking pipes with an inliner consisting of a vitrified clay pipe or Keraline v.c. tiles are available in various profiles.
Pipes and pipe fittings made of stoneware
Steinzeug | Keramo supplies vitrified clay products for sewers in open trench, jacking, relining, drainage and renovation. For open trench the range of pipes is DN 100 up to DN 1400 and all pipe fittings needed to construct a complete sewerage network. In addition we also have a wide range of accessories for connecting other materials to a vitrified clay system and to facilitate the installation of vitrified clay pipes.
Activated Sludge Plants
The STENGELIN activated sludge plants are available in all sizes and process variants, offer a highest possible operation reliability and purification capacity. For the efficient supply of the biomass with oxygen we are using fine-bubble aeration systems. High detention periods and a careful turn-over grant an optimal oxygen transfer.
Rotating Biological Contactor Plants
As biological stage of a wastewater treatment plant the Rotating Biological Contactor process technique is the ideal solution for many problems. Highest reliability of operation and low maintenance costs at a high purification capacity and very low energy consumption are characteristic for this process technique.
STENGELIN
supplies all components for the physical conditioning of industrial and domestic wastewater. We manufacture and deliver especially according to the customer's demands in all material standards and are producing with most modern manufacturing methods.
