Dust Measuring Devices
Basic device consisting of probe and control unit Combined device – measurement of dust, exhaust gas velocity or flow as well as temperature (option pressure) at the same time Simple assembly: Control unit: Wall assembly Probe: special flange DN 80 PN 6, Di=100 mm Analog outputs: 4 ... 20 mA Digital outputs (potential-free): Limit value 1 (adjustable) Limit value 2 (adjustable) / Maintenance request Failure Maintenance Measuring range (automatic measuring range change-over) Display dust content in mg/m³ i.N.dr. possible
Filter controller
Filter controller for In-situ -dust measurement consists of probe and control unit On-site display of the measuring value at the control unit approved according to TI Air
Filter controller
The mobile filter controller PFM 92 K is a perfect device in order to determine effectively damages at filtering precipitators (e.g. defective filter bags, inactive membrane valves, insufficient filter element fixings, not tightly-closing poppet valves…). The filter diagnosis unit PFM 92 K serves the qualitative monitoring of dusty emissions. In particular it is often used for the quick registration of the clean gas dust content behind de-dusting facilities. The measuring principle is based on the use of the triboelectric effect (charge transfer at colliding or passing of particles on leading surfaces). The filter controller consists of an isolated probe which is installed in the clean gas channel. The charge transferred by contact and triboelectric processes is derived as current, converted in the evaluation unit, amplified and provided as norm signal 4 ... 20 mA. The measuring values resp. the filter diagram can be seen and evaluated immediately via the integrated electronic recorder.
Gas analysis
19“-rack for the application in e.g. continuous emission measuring systems after gas cooler Cold measurement Measurement of max. 3 infrared components (CO, CO2, NO, SO2, CH4, R22) and Oxygen O2 at the same time Simple assembly in analysis cabinet Analog outputs: max. 4 x 4 ... 20 mA Digital outputs (potential-free): Limit value 1 (adjustable) Limit value 2 (adjustable) / maintenance request Failure/Error Measuring ranges adjustable Low in maintenance due to automatic calibration with ambient air Check with test gas only every 6 to 12 months
Belt Press
Belt press for continuous juice extraction of fruit and vegetable mashes. Flottweg range of belt presses reach up to capacities of 22,000 kg/h. Typical application: processing of fruit and vegetable juices.
Separator
Disk stack centrifuges with self cleaning bowl are used for clarifying and 3-phase separation of liquid-solid suspensions. Clarifying means to separate suspended solids from liquids (2 phases). 3-phase separation means to separate two inmiscible liquids including separating solids simultaneously. FLOTTWEG’s new developments are the disk stack centrifuges of the AC series. They are equipped with the SoftShot discharge system and feature especially exact partial discharge and smooth run. FLOTTWEG’s product range for disk stack centrifuges comprises several sizes and covers throughput capacities from below 1 m³/h up to 85 m³/h. Typical applications: Beverage industry, food industry, chemistry/pharmacy, animal/vegetal fats and oils, mineral oil, etc.

Sludge Dewatering & Thickening
HILLER is setting benchmarks for the application of high-performance decanters on wastewater treatment plants. Our DecaPress series has been developed for maximum cake dryness at high throughputs and significantly reduced polymer consumption. For sludge thickening our DecaThick series is used, achieving highest solids capture rates, in most cases even without polymer. Apart from manufacturing decanter centrifuges we at HILLER also assist our clients in regard to the optimal plant design and the choice of ancillary equipment. We will be pleased to carry out the design and the realisation of the entire dewatering/thickening plant. Process Engineering Large diameter/length ratio of 1:4,2 and more Centrifugal acceleration of 3000 – 5200 x 'g', depending on bowl diameter Fluid dynamically optimised design of feed and discharge zones Customised designs available to meet individual sludge requirements Economy & Quality Little operator attendance required Highest cake dryness minimizes disposal costs

The TOC is one of the most important indicators for the detection of water quality. Therefore, its measurement is of due importance in many industrial branches as well as in environmental analysis. With the QuickTOC® series we are able to offer highly sophisticated and modern solutions for efficient on-line measurement of TOC.
Fluidised Bed Incineration
Fluidised bed technology is accepted as a well reputed process for various applicatons in numerous business fields. AE&E Lentjes can draw on long-term experience in this area with a lot of references. The fluid bed technology is based on the physical principle according to which particles can be kept suspended by a stream of air flowing in opposite direction an to the force of gravity, thereby, creating a fluid bed. The material kept suspended - usually inert quartz sand - immediately coats the fuel, thus, ensuring optimum heat transfer. At the same time, the fluid bed acts as a heat sink. Fluidised bed firing systems offer the following main advantages: Furnace comprising stationary combustor with a refractory lining and no moving parts Uniform temperature distribution in the fluid bed due to extensive material and heat transfer, which - compared with other systems - ensures good combustion at low temperatures. Low operating temperatures, resulting in low NOx emissions on the combustor side. Quick and easy start-up and shutdown AE&E Lentjes uses the fluid bed technology for the combustion of e.g. sewage sludge, municipal and commercial waste, biomass and fossil fuels.
Grate Technologies
Thermal waste treatment applying different technologies. AE&E Lentjes is capable of offering for nearly every application a suitable and economical solution due to the broad range of processes available within the company. The most frequently used method of thermal waste disposal is incineration on grates. Depending on the heating value, water content, ash content and the level of pre-processing required, AE&E Lentjes can offer a number of suitable grate technologies. The heating value bands covered by the individual grate technologies are shown in the graph below.
