Mobile drum screen
The JOKER screening machine is an entry-level product in the world of professional screening technology. Ease of mobility (mounted on single-axle trailer) as well as compact and rugged construction are distinguishing features of the JOKER. The drum screen is an excellent solution for gardening, landscaping and for smaller composting sites, and anywhere mobile screen technology is used. Advantages at a glance • sturdy frame, mounted on highly mobile single-axle trailer • opposing discharge belts for fine and oversized particle reduce space requirement • screen drum with fixed hole size, or flexible system (core trommel with quick-change screen segments)
Separation machinery
Separating the waste stream into different fractions – metallic, heavy, light, etc. – makes efficient recycling and reclamation possible. With the BRINI ballistic separator Komptech provides a proven and efficient separation system.
Stationary ballistic separator
BRINI separators are used to separate out usable fractions from waste and potential recyclables. By combining ballistic separation with screening, separation is performed in one operation in accordance with the criteria 3/2-dimensional, rolling-cubic-rigid/flat-soft-narrow, or undersized/oversized particles. With a choice of separation into three or four fractions and light, standard and heavy-duty designs in five sizes, the BRINI separator can be configured to suit the application. Advantages at a glance • wide range of applications – from municipal waste (household waste, commercial waste) up to potential recyclables (DSG material, waste paper) and building material waste • high degree of selectivity with setting of separation limit • proven, efficient drive design with low power requirement • rugged design with long service life and low operating costs
Stationary drum screen
Stationary drum screen: 1845 and 2055 With stationary drum screens, a corresponding screening machine is available for every system size. Screens for the mid-performance range boast high operational safety with long servicing intervals. A welded screw conveyor in the drum ensures reliable material transport. Drive is provided via the proven, patented DRUMGRIP system. Advantages at a glance • maintenance-free direct drive minimises energy costs, wear and noise emissions • variable configuration for perfect adaptation to deployment and locality • options: - screen segment drum with segment change without dismantling drum - special drum with anti-dirt strips for screening of residual waste - three-fraction screening by using different screen drum hole sizes - special carrier drum with interchangable screening segments

Grit King
The Grit King® Process separates, cleans and dewaters grit from raw sewage and other liquids prior to delivering the grit to a skip ready for disposal. The Grit King® Process consists of a Grit King® Hydrodynamic Separator with backwashing system using air or water, a grit removal system (pump or gravity), a Grit-Cleanse™ or Grit Classifier and all connecting pipework.
Hydro-Brake® Flow Control
Overview A self-activating device that uses vortex technology to control and attenuation flow in collection systems. The Hydro-Brake® Flow Control is a self-activating vortex flow control device that provides superior hydraulic performance over conventional flow regulators with patented features that reduce maintenance requirements.
Hydro-Static® Screen
Overview Page A cost-effective, non-powered screen for the control of gross solids and floatables in combined sewer systems. Designed to complement Hydro International’s wide range of CSO Screening products, the Hydro-Static® Screen provides screening better than 6 mm in two directions.
Swirl-Flo®
A high rate solids/liquid separation process suitable for primary treatment. The Swirl-Flo® Process employs the Hydrodynamic Separation principle to produce a complex, stable controlled flow regime providing maximum opportunity for flocculation and solids removal.
CONSULTING & ENGINEERING
Consulting We from VIS International identify and develop projects worldwide, around the subject of water and sewage - economically, future-oriented and adapted to individual structures. We draw up project proposals, work out necessary preliminary investigations and compose feasibility studies with clear statements, that build an optimal basis for further decisions and future actions.
ONE WORD ABOUT OUR PERFORMANCES IN SUPPORTING YOUR PROJECT
A continuous and detailed supervision, a regular maintenance, as well as technically qualified correction maintenance and repair work are the prerequisites for longevity, an optimal functioning and a high reliability of a project or a plant. But not only that: a conscientious maintenance concept can even reduce costs for repairs, spare parts and - in extreme cases - reduce the amount of standstills in processing.
PROCUREMENT
A clearly defined project requires clearly defined measures. An essential part of these measures refers to the projects need for various resources: materials, products, services...- and even money. A carefully prepared procurement concept is therefore essential for a trouble-free realisation of a project.
4 - 10 Residents
Profit from constantly high cleaning performance of the WSB® process without unnecessarily wasting ground area or money. Since our waste water treatment solution for 4 to 10 residents only requires one tank. Convince yourself! An overview of the plant measurements
A Biofilm Technology for 5,000 Residents
This plant cleans the sewage of 250 up to 5,000 residents, depending on the configuration. Of course it will be built according to the local requirements and usage demands. Nevertheless, regardless of the individuality of your solution you can depend on the high cleaning performance and pleasant side effects of WSB® clean.
Big Challenges Need a Strong Waste Water Treatment Solution
WSB® clean max combines the „fluid bed biofilm process“ (WSB®) with the „sequencing batch reactor process“ (SBR) to the SBBR process (sequencing batch biofilm reactor). As secondary clarification is not required, the plant is very compact. Additionally, you have the advantages of the WSB® process. This combination results in a waste water treatment plant with highest cleaning performance for low operating and maintenance costs.
To keep the Art of Cooking Clean.
WSB® clean gastro is completely geared towards the requirements of the catering trade. Especially fluctuations in usage (in summer large visitor streams with correspondingly high waste water production and low usage in winter) are well buffered by the system whilst maintaining the constantly high cleaning performance. A further plus is the complete clarification of trade-typical waste water which is loaded with oils and fats – of course as stipulated by legal requirements

Laser Profiler
IBAK ILP (Laser Profiler) reliably locates and measures deformations in main-line sewers. A laser projects a ring on the inner pipe wall in the camera's line of sight. The resulting images are recorded digitally in MPEG format. The special analysis software calculates a digital profile from the acquired data and processes this into various graphs. Different profiler models of light-weight synthetic material are available for IBAK pan and rotate cameras. System Technical Data: For operation in 150 mm (6 in.) pipes upwards, 200 mm (8 in.) upwards with PANORAMO 180 measurements per each profile Recording in MPEG format Manual and automatic analysis Calculation of Reduction of diameter Deformation levels Erosion damage Location of Pipe displacements Obstructions to flow Liner uniformity after relining
