Filter for ventilation duct
The RXZ-High-Performance separator as a duct element is intended to be installed in ventilation ducts with polluted air. Airvolumes of up to 100000m³/h. The separators can not only be integrated in the ducts but also, for example in a central for the exhaust air. All devices have chamber of inspection doors which are easily accessible. For maintenance purposes the filters can be completely removed. Used as general air separator, the RXZ-High-Performance separator takes in air, both from one side and two sides , and cleans it in its basic element. Depending on the air flow volume the general air separator can be equiped with several basic elements. The discharge of the pollutants is by a common pipe. The elements are also available as complete units with fan.
X-CYCLONE® is the heartpiece of all our products
Based on decades of experience in the domain of mechanical separation in ventilationtechnology, REVEN® has developed the mechanical separating system X-CYCLONE® in close cooperation with the industry. Air pollutants and contaminants from oil, emulsions and other fluids are separatedfrom the ambient air as aerosols to a very high extent. This equipmentdispenses with auxiliary energy supply as well as any auxiliary material (fabric, etc.) and is particularlywell suited for the separation of the following harmful substances from the air. Air pollutants in the form of aerosols, mist or vapour (saturated) as well as fine dust occur in various particle fractions [μm]. A particle is a defined mass depending on gravity. These particles are conducted together with the transporting medium air into the X-CYCLONE® separator by forced ventilation (fan).
Wood Pelleting Plants
Wood Pellets: The Best-Selling and High-Quality Product For decades KAHL pelleting plants have been applied successfully for compacting organic products of different particle sizes, moisture contents, and bulk densities. We are constantly developing our machines in order to improve their capacities and economic efficiency. KAHL pelleting presses are particularly appropriate for products which are difficult to pellet. Our services: Consultation, assistance in obtaining approval, engineering, commissioning, installation, and after-sales service. KAHL supply turn-key plants for the recycling sector. Product tests can be carried out in the KAHL pilot plant. Possible applications of the KAHL pelleting press: Wood waste: Wood shavings Wood chips Sawdust Wood and sanding dust Straw: Miscanthus Bagasse Other biomasses KAHL Wood Pelleting Plants Amandus Kahl offer pelleting presses with a drive power from 3 kW to 500 kW. In total, 11 different sizes are available. The production capacities of most plants range between 1.5 and 8 t/h. Smaller plants work efficiently, too. Larger plants of up to 40 t/h are provided for industrial production of pellets.

HQD - Digital Electrochemistry Portable HQD Meters
The HQD - Digital Electrochemistry Portable HQD Meters is used to measure the classic electrochemical parameters pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen, using the drift-free optical method LDO. HACH LANGE`s portable HQD meters and INTELLICAL electrodes measure the classic electrochemical parameters pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen, using the drift-free optical method LDO. Features include: - They store all relevant parameters and transmit them digitally to the meter. Thus making them safe from interferences and allowing for cable lengths up to 30 m - even for pH. Locations e.g. boreholes and bridges are now within reach. - No need to draw a sample first. - The waterproof outdoor electrodes (IP67) have a hull made from stainless steel and are suitable for the toughest challenge. - The impact protection of the sensor head can be removed for cleaning purposes. - HQD is available as a complete set with electrodes in a rugged field kit case.
LDO - Optical Oxygen Measurement
The LDO - Optical Oxygen Measurement is ideal for continuous oxygen measurement. The Lange LDO method is based on a completely new, optical principle. The measurement is carried out by way of an oxygen-sensitive coating that is excited by a blue light-emitting diode. After excitation the coating subsequently emits red light. The elapsed time between excitation and emission corresponds to the DO concentration. A further (red) LED is used to compensate for minor variations within the cell. Advantages: - No more calibrating: Minimal maintenance - No more replacing of the membrane and electrolyte: Easy handling - No flow rate required: Accurate and dependable measurements - No more poisoning of the electrode by H 2 S: Usable for difficult applications - No polarization times: High availability Model : LDO APPLICATION The LDO - Optical Oxygen Measurement is ideal for continuous oxygen measurement. Shredders for scrap and waste
The TOP CUT HYDRO shredder is a heavy-duty machine for volumetric reduction of numerous types of residues coming from the industrial and home sectors; with particular attention to shredding of materials like: aluminium scrap, aluminium bales, profiles, structural aluminium, die-casts, carters, copper and other metals of similar hardness; as well as home appliances, WEEE, electric cables, plastics.
HIGH-INTENSITY SEPARATOR
This magnetic separator is so powerful that it can separate all paramagnetic and slightly magnetized materials from non-magnetic materials. Stainless steel that is processed through a shredder has these lightly magnetized properties and can be separated like this. This high-intensity separator is also employed for the removal of very small Fe particles from ceramic powders. Removal of all weak magnetic particles, stainless steel, iron or nickel-bound raw materials Continuous automatic cleaning Suitable for the removal of particles from 50 mhu upwards in the recycling and ceramics industry Suitable for belt-widths up to 2000 mm Supply voltage essential
NON-FERROUS SEPARATORS (EDDY CURRENT PRINCIPLE)
Removing ALL metals (also non-magnetic, such as Aluminium, Copper, Brass) from 4 mm Specific application: recycling, such as: incineration waste, glass, wood, household waste, rubble, plastic, WEEE scrap, refrigerators, shredder residue etc. Cleaning: automatic, continuous Suitable for belt widths up to 2000 mm Electrical current required
PALLETISING MAGNETS
Goudsmit's palletising magnets hold cans and jars with twist off caps in a suspended position without risks. Without requiring a power supply, a layer of products will remain suspended as long as you want, but it will of course have to be moved during the production process. A sophisticated guide mechanism ensures that your products are picked up and deposited smoothly and quickly. These magnets are meant for palletising or depalletising: Empty steel cans and aerosols Filled and closed steel cans Filled glass jars with steel twist caps
SLIDEBED CONVEYORS
Goudsmit slidebed conveyors are frequently applied in the metal and steel ware plants and in the (steel) plate-processing industry. These so-called closed magnet conveyors don’t contain any moving parts (belt) and are, therefore, perfectly suitable for transporting sharp steel parts such as punching residues, recycled materials or drilling residues. Closed conveyors also function optimally in an oil-like environment. This is not possible with a belt conveyor. Slidebed conveyor features: Resistant to wear and low on maintenance The closed construction means that no material can remain behind No chain blockages No damage to product or transport conveyor Contamination and moisture have no effect on operation System and products do not become stuck due to the fact that there is no mutual contact. The closed conveyor’s operation is as follows: Magnet plates are assembled at a regular distance under a RVS sliding plate. A chain will rotate these magnet plates around, as a result of which the steel parts will be pulled towards the end of the conveyor. Ending up there, the magnet plate will go down and the magnet field will disappear. The steel parts will not be attracted anymore and fall downwards. By default, Goudsmit will supply the straight and inclining conveyor with a 150 to 500 mm width (refer to table). The length is variable. We like to offer you special dimensions as well.
