Environmental Technology, Heavy-duty Industrial Waste Processes
We have over 50 years of experience and process know-how in supplying complete materials handling systems to the heavy processing industry. This experience has created a reliable quality basis for fulfilling the specific needs of waste treatment and recycling on an industrial scale, too. BMH Enviro offers a new approach to waste processing by supplying complete waste processing plants of heavy-duty industrial quality from one source.
External Fuel Handling
Our bio solid fuel handling systems are applicable for various fuel and power boiler types. Also handling of various types of substitute fuels like REF/RDF is allowed for. The systems include receiving, crushing and screening, storing & reclaiming from storage as well as conveying to boiler, and all auxiliary equipment needed for a turn-key delivery.
Internal Fuel Handling
The fuel handling systems internal to boiler house include buffer bins with reclaimers and boiler-specified fuel infeed equipment to meet the challenges of advanced boiler technology. Special attention has been paid to making the fuel flow to the boiler as even and homogeneous as possible to contribute to undisturbed operation of the burning process.
Multipurpose Plants
Multipurpose Plants * Waste-to-Fuel Systems for preparation of refuse derived fuel (RDF) * Recovery of raw materials for reuse * Pretreatment for composting * Scrap tyre shredding * Volume reduction of low level radioactive waste for final disposal
KNV - Catalytic Air Purification System
Catalytic air purification systems have been part of the KBA CleanAir product range for more than 40 years. By using heavy-duty catalysts based on a mixture of oxides or noble metals, it is possible to adapt to the different customer requirements.
RTO-Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser
The regenerative thermal method combines flexibility with cost effectiveness and is state-of-the-art in the industrial exhaust air purification area. This system is distinguished by its operational reliability, ease of handling and low maintenance costs.
TNV - Thermal Recuperative Air Purification
At the beginning of the 70's, LTG (now KBA-MetalPrint) was already building the first integrated thermal incinerators, for the dryers in painting and printing installations.
ZEROclean Concentration System with Thermal Post Treatment
Using a combination of concentration and thermal post treatment is a particularly cost effective way of cleaning large-volume exhaust air flows with low hydrocarbon concentrations. With a combination of these systems, the total investment and, operating costs can be significantly reduced in comparison with using a thermal process alone.
