EKM - Energy-Control-Module
Low cost energy control system for the peak load optimization! The EKM is an optimization computer which get its information from the counter of the energy supplier. The calculation is based on the trend procedure. With the simultaneous recording of the consumption values, the EKM knows every time, how much energy is used in the current measurement period and how much energy is still available in the remaining time of the measurement. Before the maximum limit is reached, the EKM switch off the preselected consumer loads. The consumer loads will be switched on at the latest timepoint and only if it is absolute essential for the production process or the machine-living. The deactivation of the machines depends on an pre-defined sequence. If the Switching-strategy is correct selected, the production process will not be constricted. The switchings have no effect on the production process and they guarantee a maximum of cost reduction.
Energy Control Systems
With us you get your energy costs under permanent control The Energy Control System EKSC4 made by RSW Technik is an optimization computer and works according to the trend procedure. The optimization computer obtains its information about the energy consumption through the provider counter. While synchronously recording the consumption, the optimization computer registers at any time the amount of energy used during the measuring period as well as the remaining energy available in the balanced time of the measuring period. In case the maximum limit impends to exceed the EKS switches either off preselected consumers or reduces the output if the consumer can be regulated by the set point of an external set value. The consumers are switched at the latest possible time and only then if it is absolutely necessary. The switching off is done according to predetermined order. If the switching strategy is correctly chosen the production sequence is not restricted. The switching operations remain unnoticed and guarantee a maximum saving.

Rubber - an excellent material for effective anti-vibration damping.
SWERUB AB manufacturers rubber products for many leading industrial groups active on international markets. We also manufacture a wide range of rubber components on behalf of several well known Nordic companies. Our most important products are anti-vibration components and rubber mountings for various types of machinery. Excellent vibration absorption means in most contexts an extended life span for the machine - and lower maintenance and repair costs. A product well protected from vibration also reduces noise problems. And, possibly most important of all - if the machinery is operated by hand, the risk of work related injuries is reduced. Rubber has the best anti-vibration properties of any material. Well manufactured and well adjusted absorbers can reduce vibration to levels of just a couple of per cent of the original vibration. Purpose made rubber also offers, excellent durability and a long life. Rubber based vibration absorption is therefore cheap, effective and extremely durable.

Construction material recycling
Kleemann is the pioneer in the construction of stationary recycling plants with more than 2 decades of experience. Mineral materials such as masonry, steel reinforced concrete and broken out road materials made from asphalt or concrete are added processed using suitable process technology to form high-quality recycled construction materials and are then reused. This saves increasingly scarce construction material resources. The complete systems or even subsystems are individually tailored to the requirements by Kleemann and offer optimum process engineering with maximum economic efficiency. Turnkey plants with throughputs of 10 – 700 t/h have been realised to date. Recycling plant with a capacity of up to 700 t/h for demolition waste and demolished concrete. Impact crusher SHB 20/160 with primary screen and apron feeder.
Mobile impact crushers - MOBIREX
The track mounted jaw crushers of the MOBIREX series are used for soft to medium-hard natural stone and for the reprocessing of residual construction materials. What is important today, in addition to the quality of the end product, is environmental and cost awareness, availability and a wide field of application. The MOBIREX machines unite all these requirements. In the process, they guarantee an end product that represents the high demands of concrete and asphalt granulation standards with regard to grain shape, grain distribution and cleanliness.
Mobile screens - MOBISCREEN
The range of Kleemann tracked screens extends from 7 - 18.4 m² screening area. Built either as a double or triple-deck screen with or without feed hopper, as a banana screen, with finger screening surface, with rubberised perforated panels, etc. the screens are suitable for use wherever high outputs are required and where difficult to screen material has to be separated. The screens are all diesel-electric driven and are particularly suitable for combined operation with an upstream Kleemann crusher. The performance range for mobile screens nowadays extends to 1,000 t/h depending on the type and composition of the feed material and the grading ranges to be screened.
Mobile secondary crushers– MOBICONE and MOBIFOX
When stationary becomes mobility. Stationary processing plants are increasingly being replaced by mobile machines. In order to ensure the customary quality for concrete or asphalt grading Kleemann has developed special secondary crusher units which work, electrically interlocked, together with other machines such as primary crushers and screens. Secondary impact crushers and gyratory crushers are used which, depending on the process requirements, are operated with or without fitted screens. Depending on the application, MOBICONE and MOBIFOX secondary crushers can be used as secondary or tertiary crushers. Even complicated processing sequences can be solved nowadays with several machines connected in series.
