Adsorption Method forSampling of Dioxins and Furans
Applications The continuous monitoring of dioxin and furan emissions of incinerators is a topic which has been discussed globally over the last several years. Even though a continuous on-line monitoring system would be the optimum solution, such systems are not available.
Advantages
- Reduced running costs by minimizing the useof additives - Reduced costs by optimizing the built-in dioxin reduction stages - Input control in wooden incinerators is no more needed - Minimizing running and maintenance costs by monitoring the reduction in furnace temperature - Minimizing handling costs, due to no sampling of the condensate - Achieving a “transparent flue” and the environmental acceptance that goes with it
Functional Principle
Automatically isokinetic adjustment Automatically records of all flow parameters as flue gas velocity, deviation from isokinetic, stack pressure, O2-concentration, CO2-concentration a.s.o. Prevents possible faults by manual calculations Reduces manpower reporting time No calculations required Long term unattended operation The portable probe system TPS consists of two parts: 1. the control unit, which regulates the isokinetic fully automatically depending on the flow parameters
The measuring unit,
The measuring unit, which measures and totalizes the gas flow, incl. the flow regulating valve

behrotest® DIN 12036 sample bottles with solid glass round-tipped standard taper stoppers
Sample bottels and glass stoppers are made of high quality 3.3 borosilicate glass Bottles fulfill DIN 12036 specifications The rounded tip provides the advantage of the shape of a hollow stopper, but with the ruggedness of a solid stopper: No formation of bubbles below the stopper tip on inserting the stopper into the liquid sample. Less breakage or cracking risk than hollow stoppers. behrotest® glass stoppers can be used instead of DIN/DEV diagonally cut stoppers. They are easy to use due to the lack of the easily broken edges.
behrotest® equipment for sampling and sample preparation
Sample collection, transport and storage are important prerequisites for reliable water analysis. behrotest® equipment is the ideal choice for these operations, especially where strict conformance to DEV analytical methods is required. Contact us if you desire further information about our equipment for sample collection, sample transport and sample storage. Fully Automatic Reagent Metering/Titration Unit DT 10
Stock No. Description 80 48 24400 Fully automatic reagent metering and titration for the DIN 38409 H 41 COD method. Reagent addition and titration of up to 12 simultaneous samples. Automatic draining of titrated waste solution. Simple user-friendly operation under MS Windows interface. Sample date can be stored and processed in MS Access. Reagent delivery: Delivery of COD reagents in optimal timed intervals (IAW DIN) prevents sample overheating. Up to 30 separate syringe drive reagent modules can be controlled by the DT 10. Titration: Freely defineable "methods" such as end-point, equivalence, linear, dynamic and quasi-dynamic titrations may be programmed. Several password-protected user levels. Graphical output with first and second derivatives. Sample data to be printed is freely selectable. All national COD analysis procedures may be implemented as "methods". Within the 330 x 220 mm working area, the DT 10 can be modified to access arrays consisting of various numbers and sizes of vessel. Useable for all reagent metering and titration applications
Laying the foundation stone
BELLAND® is now laying the foundation stone for a novel, forward-looking material cycle.
Technology
BEN MEADOWS® High Visibility Mesh Vest
Combines the coolness of Cordura mesh with the durability of solid Cordura pockets. This popular field vest has an open mesh weave designed to keep workers cool when it's hot. Made from a soft, breathable nylon mesh that provides sensible everyday protection while being visible in all situations. Worn over regular work clothing, the open mesh design allows air to circulate to keep workers cool.
MILLER® Manyard® Shock-Absorbing Lanyards
Built-in shock-absorbing system. Lanyards have a specially woven core that expands up to 42" to reduce fall arrest forces, greatly reducing fall arrest forces. Equipped with a warning flag that pops out when a force of approximately 600 lb. is exerted on unit.
Demulsifications Plants
Physical demulsification plants BENE DEMULGON attacks where oil separators do not manage any more. This is the case when the to-be-cleaned water contains emulsified hydrocarbons (HC), e. g. from the hand washing of engines (with high pressure deceives). But BENE DEMULGON is also successful when the to-be-cleaned water accrues in dependencies or this water is directly led to waters (see also requirements of EBS in EN 858). Costs of operation of BENE DEMULGON are particularly low. Compared with chemical plants the saving potential is enormous. Contact us. You will get the dimensioning, prices; installation drafts technical information after short period of time. BENE engineers will be happy to advise you on site.
