4 - 10 Residents
Profit from constantly high cleaning performance of the WSB® process without unnecessarily wasting ground area or money. Since our waste water treatment solution for 4 to 10 residents only requires one tank. Convince yourself! An overview of the plant measurements
A Biofilm Technology for 5,000 Residents
This plant cleans the sewage of 250 up to 5,000 residents, depending on the configuration. Of course it will be built according to the local requirements and usage demands. Nevertheless, regardless of the individuality of your solution you can depend on the high cleaning performance and pleasant side effects of WSB® clean.
Big Challenges Need a Strong Waste Water Treatment Solution
WSB® clean max combines the „fluid bed biofilm process“ (WSB®) with the „sequencing batch reactor process“ (SBR) to the SBBR process (sequencing batch biofilm reactor). As secondary clarification is not required, the plant is very compact. Additionally, you have the advantages of the WSB® process. This combination results in a waste water treatment plant with highest cleaning performance for low operating and maintenance costs.
To keep the Art of Cooking Clean.
WSB® clean gastro is completely geared towards the requirements of the catering trade. Especially fluctuations in usage (in summer large visitor streams with correspondingly high waste water production and low usage in winter) are well buffered by the system whilst maintaining the constantly high cleaning performance. A further plus is the complete clarification of trade-typical waste water which is loaded with oils and fats – of course as stipulated by legal requirements
Combustion grates
We have gained extensive experience by supplying more than 500 combustion grates over the last 70 years. What is a combustion grate? The grate is an integral part of the furnace design, acting as a hearth in our plants, where the fuel is converted into energy. Our grates are designed to provide reliable transport of the waste from the furnace inlet through the furnace. This ensures drying, ignition, combustion and energy release, and complete burn-out before the bottom ash outlet. Our combustion grates are unique Our grate systems are considered by our clients to be very robust and an optimal solution in all plants where they are installed. Our grate systems are designed for: long-term operation, stable and optimum combustion (regardless of fuel quality) and easy access for low-cost maintenance. The burn-out of the bottom ash is very high quality. In 2001 we acquired the BS technology adding another advanced grate system to the well-known Vølund grate technology. We can offer two advanced grate systems, the BS and the Vølund grate, available in both an air-cooled and a water-cooled version. The two grate systems are available for new plants. Recent references can be supplied. We can supply individual solutions for specific customer needs. Since their launch, our grate systems have been continuously updated, and they are the most reliable and optimal solution on today’s market. We offer updated spare parts for all our grates and plant optimisation to achieve the best possible combustion with minimal environmental impact.

Asphalt recyclers
efficient self-contained saving resources saving energy Efficient: A team of 3 workers will be able to dispose of as much as 7 tons of asphalt waste, reheat it and reinstall the hot mix as asphaltic base course within just on hour. A Bagela asphalt recycler will prove its worth wherever asphalt is to be applied by hand. With asphalt recyclers of the larger types up to 10 tons of asphalt waste may be reheated each hour, e.g. in the construction of sewers etc.
BAGELA capstan winches may be used for the following no-dig underground pipe renewal applications:
Burst lining Pipe cleaning Slip lining Swage lining U lining Compact pipe Omega pipe Cement mortar lining Soft lining Insituform Tro - lining Paltem and many more
Cable laying trailers
BKT 10 / BKT 12 / BKT 15 . High utility, may be used as trailer for drums and reels. . Fast and safe loading by hydraulic manual pump or by rope winch (type k). . Excellent properties due compact- ness and ease of handling.
Capstan winches
Cable pulling winches Pipe renewal winches Pipe pulling winches Overhead line winches Contact line winches Cable pusher . Cable pulling winches of RKW series may ideally be used in combination with cable pushers (type BKS), since the line speed of this type of winch is automatically adapted to the line speed of the cable pusher.

Cleaning Water with treatment plants
Our broad spectrum of services ranges from consultancy and project management to plant design and construction. We offer you various financial options, such as renting and leasing
Off-Gas / Soil Vapour Treatment
Solvents Recovery Depending on the contaminant and its concentration solvent recovery is a possible option for gas treatment. The gas is led through activated carbon filters. Loaded activated carbon is afterwards treated with steam to desorb the adsorbed contaminants. The solvents are recovered by condensation of the steam-contaminant mixture. Cleaned activated carbon can be reused. Vapour Phase Activated Carbon BAUER Environment Group develops and offers various vessels filled with vapour activated carbon or active coke. Thus organic contaminants like BTEX, halogenated VOC and/or Dioxins can be treated. Additionally, we offer special solutions with impregnated activated carbon. BAUER Environment Group plants are capable of gas flows up to 30,000 m³/h. Utilisation of impregnated activated carbon allows for example the removal of sulphur compounds
Soil Vapour Extraction
Soil vapour extraction is an established technology for the in-situ and ex-situ remediation of volatile organic compounds (halogenated VOC) in soils. The process removes soil vapour contaminated with halogenated VOC and generates a mass transfer of halogenated VOC from the soil pores to the vapour phase. The technique is feasible for different site conditions: good permeable soils (sand, gravel) less permeable soils (clay) soil piles, contaminated with halogenated VOC combined with Air Sparging
Ventilation Systems
Volatilisation of volatile pollutants during remediation works necessitate additional occupational health and safety measures. As a worst case scenario the health endangerment caused by the construction measure may concern adjacent residents. Therefore and also for on-site intermediate storage facilities tent ventilation systems are an ideal safety measure. Ventilation for Excavation Pits The ventilation of excavation pits is a cost saving option in comparison to the ventilation of tent covers. It can be applied in case of temporary emissions
