Advantages Bontec BT50
Low operating costs due to high oxygenation and o2 yield High adjustment range Minimal maintenance effort due to self-cleaning elastic film blockage-free even after long operational interruptions Saving on dewatering equipment thanks to air connection from above and watertight-sealing special membrane Intermittent operation Versatile application, even in areas with varying conditions Softener-free Deacidification is possible Simple fastening technology for low assembly costs Optimal functional control through individual regulation of the elements State-of-the-art production engineering at our own factory guarantees a high standard of quality as well as precise reproducibility Responsible selection of maerials guarantees environmentally sound disposal
The turnlock fastener
The turnlock fastner allows for the straightforward and rapid assembly /disassembly of the aerator elements; it is also height adjustable and is made out of high quality material (POM). It eliminates damage to materials during transfer to the aerator element and electronic corrosion through the appropriate choice of materials.
Fixed Alarm/De-icing Technology
Boschung's new GFS 3000 (ice early warning system) series is the result of over 30 years of experience in road and runway status / weather conditions monitoring for winter main- tenance operations.
Mobile de-icing
Micro-processor controlled application of solid and/or liquid de-icers for use on runways, taxiways and aprons. The equipment is mounted on the back space of the Jetbroom. Distribution system with one or two disk(s). Snowremoval and de-icing in one run is possible.
Snow Removal
This high-performance snow clearing tool can be operated as a snow blower as well as for snow loading. The cabin, which can be lifted up to 800 mm is of spacious and ergonomic design and provides the driver, especially for snow loading operations, with optimal control and visibility of the preceding vehicle. 4-wheel drive and 4-wheel steering, as well as crabbing are standards on all Boschung vehicles
AutoBlend Process Systems
The complete solution for higher productivity and product quality Turn-key metering and blending systems for the production of high-value products using liquids, pastes and powders.
Bran+Luebbe NOVAPLEX Process Pumps
NOVAPLEX pumps are powerful diaphragm process pumps for a variety of applications. They are best suited for critical high pressure installations. Additionally, they can be used when the capability of classical metering pumps is exceeded.
3-X 12
Limited space for waste The 3-X 12 is suitable for smaller retail shops, industrial companies or other companies, who need a compact bale press with high capacity. The compact design makes it ideal where space is limited. Equipped with cross cylinders, this machine offers superior press force but also a very low overall height. The 3-X 12 has a relatively large filling opening, making the daily operation as easy as possible. Easy installation Very low overall height Safe and steady opening of door Operated by a strong threaded spindle Automatic ejection Two-hand operation ejects the bale
B3
Where space is limited The B3 is one of the smallest bale presses in our machine programme. With a base area of only 720 x 820 mm and a 230V connection, it is easy to locate. To ensure the chamber is not overloaded, the B3 is equipped with a full-indicator which twinkles when the bale press is full, and the press plate stays down. Furthermore the baling process is simplified as the straps can be pulled directly through the main door. Simple and safe operation Green light twinkles when chamber is full Easy to replace strap rolls They are placed in front Compact design With low overall height
HDX 50
Heavy duty compression The HDX 50 is designed for users, who demand a high quality machine with focus on reliability, superior press force, and a safe, functional working environment for the operator. It has a large filling opening and a fast cycle time, making the daily operation as rational as possible. Effective operation Due to a fast cycle time Easy installation With a low overall height Safe and steady opening of door Operated by a strong threaded spindle
Small multi chamber press
Small multi chamber press The 2-0 F multi chamber press has been designed to serve customers with smaller quantities of waste. With two chambers you have the possibility of sorting your waste before compressing, eg. using one chamber for cardboard and the other for plastic. Both chambers are operated by a common press section, which is easily moved from one side to the other. Effective operation With a fast cycle time Rational sorting Saving time and space Easy move of press section Due to horizontal handle
The patented engineering wall construction
BKP established the development of their liner model under a single maxim at the outset: optimum advantage for each user. Thus, an innovative and flexible production process was created which allows a number of individual parameters to be set for a product which combines all the advantages of the liners used to date and in addition offers new qualities .
BLUETEC® light curing technology
The new BLUETEC® curing technology excels with even faster curing rates and a further improved serviceability. The advanced curing technology makes the installation of light-curing pipe liners even faster and more cost-effective. With its proprietary UVA light-curing system, Brandenburger set the market standard for quality control and quality assurance in pipe-liner curing in the 1990s.
Brandenburger pipe liners
Seamless design – monitored curing – high quality Brandenburger combines expertise in liner materials and UVA light technology under the same roof. Only the combination of these two components enables us to offer on-site high-quality curing. We offer qualified assistance to our partners to help them become experts at working with liner materials.
UVA-Technology
Innovative Procedures Ensures Quality The quality of an installed GRP inliner depends strongly on the applied curing technology. Knowing this, Brandenburger founded the UV Reline.tec subsidiary in 1997, an engineering company specializing in UV design. In recent years, UV Reline.tec designed a completely new UV vehicle that makes the curing process safer and more reliable. Since 2006, this technology is being offered in a particularly advanced product called BLUETEC®.
BRAWO 3 - for the warm-cure method
This slow-reacting epoxy resin is preferable, utilised in the event of renovation repairs using the hot-cure method. It offers the same viscosity as the BRAWO 1 resin, but also offers a much longer processing time (3.5 hours at 15 ºC). With a temperature of 10 ºC (cold-curing), the cure time amounts to 30 hours; however at 50 ºC (hot-curing) only 3 hours.
BRAWO Therm for renovation repairs with flow of warm sewage/liquids
This special resin is designed for projects where permanently warm sewage flows through the sewer. The cure time here amounts to about 3 hours at 80 ºC.
AccuFAS Submerged Fixed-Film Technology
Brentwood's AccuFAS System, constructed of our PVC structured-sheet media, adds fixed-growth surface for bio-mass to provide increased biological primary or secondary treatment capacity (BOD, ammonia, or total nitrogen-removal) in a simple yet robust solution for your site-specific process goals.
AccuPac® Cross Flow Media
AccuPac® Cross Flow Media is specifically designed for biological fixed film systems. Cross flow media provides a cost-effective method for reduction of organics (roughing and polishing), nitrification, denitrification, and anaerobic treatment of municipal and industrial wastewaters. The modules are fabricated from rigid PVC sheets, which are UV-protected and resistant to rot, fungi, bacteria, acids, and alkalis commonly present in municipal wastewater.
