HAMMEL KompBio
The HAMMEL KompBio is a multi talent. Different machines are united in one: primary shredder screen secondary shredder The HAMMEL KompBio works in several steps. In the first step the feeding material, for example: biomass fresh wood root stems tree stems compost wet wood waste wood is pre-shredded, afterwards it drops on the integrated disc screen, where organic and mineral parts are separated and discharged. The here generated end product is suitable for composting. The clean, pre-shredded wood is then carried to the secondary shredding step. Exchangeable screen baskets and the design of the secondary unit guarantee an exact and regular end product with almost 100% constant chip size according to further usage of the crushed material (composting or energy utilization). The secondary shredder, integrated in the HAMMEL KompBio, produces chips with a size of approx. 40 mm to 100 mm (depending on the size of the screen basket). Alternatively, the HAMMEL KompBio could be used as a windrow turner. For this purpose the screen basket of the secondary shredder is kept open during the shredding process. In case the material contains metal parts, the HAMMEL KompBio can be optionally equipped with a magnet. By the way, our multi talent does not only shred wood but also a multitude of other materials.
HAMMEL KompbiStar
Applications The high-speed shredder has been specially designed for material, such as: fresh wood green waste branches and bushes up to 300 mm diameter forest residue bark waste wood Material feed The raw material is loaded directly into the automatically operated feed hopper and goes through the feed roller into the shredding rotor. This principle guarantees continuous and permanent material feeding. If the material is too dense, the feed belt revs are automatically regulated and adjusted to suit the material, to prevent blockages in the rotor. The rotor is equipped with bolt-on hammers, which are easy and quick to change. They produce an end product of less than 50 mm*.
HAMMEL-shredder
The HAMMEL-shredder is a reliable working equipment, because of its robust and clear construction. The use of high-grade steel and the installation of quality products offers you the well-known HAMMEL-standard. We put technical innovations directly into practice and guarantee in this way highest quality and the latest standard. All HAMMEL-shredders are typical for: high performance minimum dust generation low wear and tear very low noise no projectiles no fire hazard

Filler robot
Long-lasting rehabilitation with epoxy mortar Two robots are used for the rehabilitation of non-man-entry sewers ranging from 200 mm to 600 mm in diameter: the KA-TE PMO filler robot DN 178/300 and the KA-TE PMO filler robot DN 250/600. The filler robots are used to fill previously ground areas, such as cracks and joints, with epoxy mortar. The epoxy is forwarded to the area of application in an exchangeable cartridge. Compressed air presses the epoxy through the filling nozzle into the previously ground areas which are subsequently smoothed out. Special epoxy mortar is used, which can also be applied underwater. With the optional “KA-TE PMO shield placing mechanism” a perfect renovation of laterals and joints is possible.
Grinding robot
Two robots cover the entire range of non-man-entry sewers with a diameter from 150mm to 800mm: the KA-TE PMO mini-grinding robot DN 150/300 and the KA-TE PMO grinding robot DN 250/600. Both grinding robots are equipped with hydraulic grinding and drive engines and are designed to master the tough conditions in sewers. They are used for the powerful and exact grinding of intruding lateral connections, grinding of deposits, and the opening of lateral connections after lining.
Mini tilting camera
With the KA-TE PMO mini tilting camera, repair work carried out by a KA-TE PMO robot can be monitored even in the smallest dimensions. Similar to the large tilting camera, this model is also equipped with an integrated screen wiper to clean both the lens and the lighting unit.
TILTING CAMERAS
Tilting camera KA-TE PMO’s water-tight tilting camera provides reliable visual transmission even under extreme milling conditions. Owing to the 200° tilting capacity, all camera positions of relevance to rehabilitating sewers are available by means of continuous adjustment. The integrated screen wiper cleans both the lens and the lighting unit

Round knives, replacement knives, crinkle knives, flat knives and custom knives.
Focusing only on knives, AceCo Industrial Knives can deliver exceptional savings, quality and design to your knife needs. AceCo has been manufacturing knives for over 25 years, so we have the experience and research to create a knife to the customers' specifications or match an existing design. Through the years AceCo has done extensive research in metallurgy and heat-treat processes. Concentrating on 400 series Stainless Steels, AceCo has set specific element parameters that have to be met to insure that the fabrication of each knife is repeatable and will uphold the highest quality. Stainless Steels are iron-based alloys that contain a minimum of 10.5% chromium. Chromium is the element that increases corrosion resistance due to its oxidizing action on the surface of the metal. Other elements are added at specified parameters to create alloys with differing properties applicable for their specific utility. Carbon is added for the mechanical properties that decide hardness and strength through heat treat. The grinding machines at AceCo are custom made, concentrating on keeping the grinding operation cool, avoiding burning the metal causing the blade to lose its hardness and strength characteristics. Feed rates, flood cooling and abrasive size are all controlled to insure a proper grind. Coupled with our grinding, AceCo also has CNC turning, milling and jet machining capabilities. These machines are used for high precision knife manufacturing and for various knife holders.
ALLU AS 38H
ALLU AS 38H windrow turner is a machine for processing different materials. It can be used for the stabilisation and mixing of compost, contaminated soil and other soils. ALLU AS 38H windrow turner is a track driven machine equipped with its own engine, whose maximum operating speed is 500m/h. ALLU AS 38H can process a triangular windrow whose maximum width is 8 m and height 3 m. The maximum capacity is 6000 m3 per hour.
