ERDWICH is now also successful with a refrigerator recycling plant in Greece
With the new refrigerator recycling plant KZA 60 Erdwich conquers now also the Greek market on this sector. By close cooperation with a customer from Thessaloniki, Erdwich was able to install a plant, perfectly adjusted to the customers requirements. The plant is designed for a performance of 60 units per hour. The modular conception of the individual plant components enables to extent the plant anytime individually. So, it would be possible to process with the plant in combination with a new innovative technology also electronic scrap. The legal demand of the CFC rest concentration of < 0,2 weight% at the PUR-foam is essentially undercut by the new steam pressure processing. Also Pentane-refrigerators become recycled at the plant without problems and with low economical expenditure. The latest ERDWICH refrigerator recycling plant convinces by the modern, solid and low-wear technology. This results in an enormous economy and an environmental-friendly operation. At the now 18 worldwide successfully installed plants it is another proof of quality for the ERDWICH recycling technology.
ERDWICH recycling of tires
The most complete mobile system on the market. With automatic sifting and additional hoist for charging the plant. - One-man operation - Immediately usable at any location - Shredding of car and lorry tires, even with wheel rims. - Independent power supply via 380 kW diesel generator - Stand-alone charging by means of a built-on hoist with multigrab. - Low wear costs - High transport cost savings by means of volume reduction through shredded materials
Swarf plants
Shredding technology with competence and many years experience of swarf reprocessing. Thousandfold proven technology guarantees a perfect system solution for size reduction, conveying, centrifuging, sifting and briquetting. Your operational cycles will be quicker, safer and cleaner – your costs will be reduced considerably. Concepts adapted to the manufacturing process - as stand-alone machine: Stand-alone machines are integrated by the customer into an existing processing line. as a plant with decentralized size reduction: The swarf breaker is directly installed at the processing machine. The shredded swarf is conveyed by a pneumatic system or by pumping for further processing. as a central recycling plant: The swarf is collected at the processing machine and then transported to the central recycling plant.

UB - High beam, high speed filter press
The UB filter press is the new high beam filter press range designed and manufactured for particular hard applications, as it can deal with large amounts of sludge. Thanks to its mechanical project especially designed to distribute the tension and stress, and the continuous evolution of FILMAC, it was possible to design and implement a high beam filter press that includes all the technological innovations to perform the various steps of the filtration with high speed, high quality standard and operator safety.
2BE1 Vacuum Pumps
80 - 19000 CFM The NASH 2BE1 pump offers a cost effective, environmentally friendly solution. The pump operates quietly and is extremely rugged. The advantages of the liquid ring principle over dry running or oil lubricated compressor and pump systems are clear and fully utilized. The 2BE1 has 100% oil-free compression; is insensitive to dust, foam and water drops; and can achieve inlet pressures up to 33 mbar absolute. All 2BE1 models are still available from Gardner Denver Nash, the original designer and manufacturer. Whether you have an existing 2BE1 running in your plant that is in need of service, repair, or replacement with a new or remanufactured duplicate 2BE1, Gardner Denver Nash is there for all of the above. Gardner Denver Nash continues to manufacture and offer the 2BE1 to our customers
G-Series – Side Channel Blowers Leading in Excellence
Some technologies are so good that it is hard to improve them. Side channel blowers from Elmo Rietschle are such an example. They have proven their reliability in service for many decades, performing flawlessly day in and day out with virtually no down time. Noise levels have been lower than that of most other vacuum pumps and compressors. Side channel blowers are used for conveying gases and gas-air mixtures. Advantages at a glance Reliable and built-to-last, virtually maintenance-free Robust yet light-weight For use worldwide (UL/CSA/IEC/EN approval) 50/60 Hz voltage range motors ATEX 94/9 EG Adjustable speed via external or integral converter
Chlorine emergency unit
Chlorine emergency units are gas scrubbing plants for the prevention of accidents arising from the escape of chlorine from supply tanks and/or chlorine dosing plants. After an escape of gas the contaminated atmosphere is drawn into the gas scrubbing plant. Chlorine is almost completely adsorbed in caustic or other suitable alkaline scrubbing liquors. Our chlorine emergency units consist of two jet scrubbing stages. They have the following characteristics: immediately ready to adsorb considerable adsorption capacity automatic suction of the gas flow no fittings in the gas flow compact, space-effective construction high operational safety In contrast to packed columns, the jet scrubber conveys the discharged air which has to be cleaned without the use of any additional fan. The jet scrubber operates as an ejector and as a parallel flow scrubber with a large material exchange surface. Standard design: PE Adsorption capacity: 50 to 1,000 kg chlorine 5 standard sizes from DN 150 to DN 350
Compact gas scrubber
Compact gas scrubbers are jet scrubbers. They convey the exhaust gas which is to be cleaned without any additional fan. They are driven by the circulation of scrubbing liquor which draws off the discharged air by means of vacuum generated by the ejector and compresses it to a higher pressure. A material exchange takes place between the gas and the scrubbing liquor, which results in the scrubbing effect. In process technology it is often necessary to cool the scrubbing cycle. One variety of compact gas scrubber achieves this my mounting a cooler, in the form of a plate heat exchanger, in the recirculating scrubbing liquor line. Main area of application: cleaning of flows of flue gas in many and various branches of industry compact gas scrubbers allow noxious substances to be absorbed, gases to be cooled, steam to be condensed and dust to be separated Standard design: pp; titanium for plate heaters
Steam jet vacuum pump
Steam Jet Vacuum Pumps use the energy of a high pressure vapour to compress low pressure vapours to a medium pressure level. Normally such Jet Pumps are driven by steam but in principle however, Vapour Jet Pumps can operate with most normal vapours to compress a variety of different vapours. Typical applications for single-stage Steam jet Vacuum Pumps are: Evacuation of the suction lines for non-self priming pumps Production of negative pressure in suction filters or similar types of filter Lifting liquids Vacuum generation in stirred vessels in discontinuous (batch) processes. ¨ Steam Jet Vacuum Pumps are produced for most normal suction flows and fabricated from most normal materials of construction. Steam Jet Vacuum Pumps are available in the following standard materials: Cast iron, cast stainless steel, ceramic, in standard sizes from DN25, DN50, DN80 (metal construction), or DN32 to DN100 (ceramic construction).
