Crude Oil Desalting Plant
The Plant This plant is utilized to wash salt from crude oil. In cases where crude oil is highly contaminated with salt deposits in order to upgrade the market value of the crude the salt must be washed and removed. There are different types of technology to use for this application, the principle one being the injection and mixing of fresh water into the crude so that the salt is transferred from the crude into the water phase and then the water phase (containing the salt) is separated from the crude oil.
Drilling Mud Decanters
Of primary detriment to drilling fluids are ultra fine and colloidal size drill cutting particles. These particles, if not removed create havoc in a variety of ways. They slow the rate of penetration compounding rig days and cost. They disrupt the drilling fluid rheology, especially gels strengths, thereby upsetting the ECD risking mud losses and worse creating potential blow out situations.
Fuel Cleaning Systems for Onshore Drilling Operations
The module Onshore drilling operations frequently encounter problems with polluted fuel to power both the rig and accomodation camps. Water and sediment are often present in unacceptable quantities and create operational problems such as frequently clogged fuel filters and high temperature corrosion problems on engine injectors.
Treatment of Slop Oils and Oily Sludges
The module Waste streams in oil refining and production facilities contaminated with excessive sediments are easy to separate from the liquid (oil & water) in a G-force decanter so that the liquid effluent portion can be returned to the refinery oil-water separators. If however after sediments are removed by the 2-phase decanter and the effluent phase (oil & water) need to be separated then the decanter module is to be installed in combination with the G-force MKII or MKIII or MKX Series Plants.

BRS - CD-DVD Blank recycling
Central blank grinding - simple, fast and quiet
Machine-side-granulators - 1.5 - 5.5 kW
series 150 - Processing of bulky sprue cores Revenue source: raw material savings through return of sprues The Hellweg 150 series beside-the-machine granulators can be connected very easily to one or more injection moulding machines, due to their especially flat construction. Extremely bulky sprue cores, sprue gating and complete sprue and runner systems can be removed after opening of the moulding tool and then ground on the spot. Introduction of material can take place as desired, with a chute, free-fall hopper or conveyor belt. Material can be removed by connecting freely available standard extraction fittings. A tall rack is offered as an option to fill the ground material into a bulk container or bags. When fitted with an appropriate feeding equipment, the machines are used to process film edge strips.
series 80 Mini with high performance - processing of the smallest sprues
The small, compact Hellweg 80 series of beside-the-machine granulators are used directly mounted on the frame of an injection moulding machine or beside-the-machine. There they grind, among others, sprues arising from small to very smallest components and products in so-called micro injection moulding of, for example, mobile phones in telecommunications, or medical products such as syringes, drain tubes, etc. Other application fields are the laboratory area and model construction
Slow running granulators - 25 r.p.m.
Slotter – low dust granulation without sieve The Hellweg ”Slotter” (”Slow Cutter”) type roll mill works without use of sieves and with low speed of just 25 rpm, so that gentle granulation of sprues and gating parts takes place, preventing thermal degradation, ensuring faster output of ground material and regrind with an extremely low level of dust, that is often a decisive criterion to ensure that the material can be returned to the production process. Extremely fast and easy cleaning is enabled by division of the grinder into two sections
Colour-Sorting
SEA opto-electronic colour sorters for the fully automatic visual control of food or recycling materials detect "bad pieces" in a product mixture, which do not meet the given quality standards, and segregate these fully automatically.
Eddy-Current Separators
hamos WSS Eddy-Current separators separate valuable non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper and similar from non-metallic recycling products and recover thus a clean non-ferrous metal concentrate.
ERP Electronic Scrap Recycling System
The hamos ERP electronic scrap recycling system is designed to recycle electronic items, coming from production and post consumer electronics waste.

BRAWO 1
This fast-reacting epoxy resin is especially well-suited for renovation according to the ambient-cure method. The resin's cure time amounts to approx. 10 hours at a temperature of 10 ºC. A hot curing is also possible and useful here (cure time with warm cure ca. 2 hours).
BRAWO 3 - for the warm-cure method
This slow-reacting epoxy resin is preferable, utilised in the event of renovation repairs using the hot-cure method. It offers the same viscosity as the BRAWO 1 resin, but also offers a much longer processing time (3.5 hours at 15 ºC). With a temperature of 10 ºC (cold-curing), the cure time amounts to 30 hours; however at 50 ºC (hot-curing) only 3 hours.
BRAWOLINER® - renovation system
BRAWOLINER® enables a flexible, fold-free renovation of previously unline-able sewer pipes with diameter DN 70 to DN 250. For this, a new type of seamless 100% polyester textile hose was developed. This is utilized in conjunction with a flexible foil hose in leaky residential sewers with bends up to 90º.
Hotbox
The renovation using the hot-cure method can take place through the utilisation of the BRAWOLINER® HOTBOX. In this case, the special advantage is that the curing of the chosen resins can be rapidly accelerated. Even in the event of the utilization of a slow curing resin with a processing time of 3.5 hours (BRAWO 3), a curing time of ca. 3 hours is possible. This economical compact heating device quickly pays for itself.
