Centrifugal separators with automatic sludge discharge
The automatically draining centrifugal separators of the A series achieve optimum filter fineness even with a high quantity of sludge. Up to 50 kg per hour can be discharged, depending on the type of sludge. The separated sludge has lower residual moisture. Two versions are available: MODEL A-12 MODEL A-25 MODEL A-12: Fully automatically draining centrifugal separator for relatively small sludge quantities with maximum separation capacity Application: Fine cleaning of industrial fluids where a high degree of automation is required, for example in surface treatment baths, washing systems, coolant lubricant maintenance with fine-machining processes such as grinding, honing, lapping, etc.
Oil separators
STA develops and manufactures two different series of oil separators: DPS System Plate phase separators, for automatic separation of large quantities of coarse disperse foreign oils, working on the coalescence and gravitation principle SAF System Fine filtration of finely distributed solids and foreign mineral oils, working on the adsorption principle DPS System: The STA DPS system is a plate phase separator for static separation of two fluid phases which differ in density by at least 5% (e.g. coolant lubricant emulsion and hydraulic oil). Using gravitation (sinking of the heavy phase) and coalescence (merging of droplets), the light phase is made to float when flowing through the unit, and continually runs off. Plate phase separators are used more and more frequently on account of increasing requirements regarding purity of industrial fluids, e.g. the separation of mineral oils from waste water, emulsions and degreasing baths. They can be operated with very low operating costs and can be used universally. DPS systems are made of stainless steel and are thus suitable even for hot and aggressive fluids (pH 3.5 -14, Tmax=90° C). On account of their automatic level monitoring, they are designed for unattended operation, and comply with the specifications of the German Water Resources Act (WHG, Para. 19). They are available with heat insulation or with heater.

Industrial Modems
The demand for remote control and low cost fault messaging systems applied to automation or remote facility management has grown rapidly. Mitsubishi Electric Europe has addressed this need through telemetry solutions based on a range of powerful Industrial Modems and management software.
CNC coordinate measuring machines
Compressed air shot-blasting machines
The compressed air automatic blasting machines can be employed even with non-metallic shots, such as ceramic, aluminium oxide, glass, which cannot be used in the airless machines.
Hook type shot-blasting machine - DELTA
The shot-blasting machines type “DELTA” are the most versatile in terms of typical employment and size of the materials to be treated. In fact the customer can choose the size and loading capacity of the machine according to the parts to be shot-blasted. The materials are hanged on the hook, and this is manually or automatically transferred into the blasting room. Once in position, the hook starts to rotate on its axis and move back and forward in front of the turbines (mounted on one side of the machine). These combined movements ensure the complete shot-blasting of the parts external surface.
Shot blasting machine with conveyor - NTOR
The tunnel type machine “NTOR” is a continuous shot-blasting unit with a special wear-proof steel wire conveyor. The layout of the machine consists of a tunnel having the blasting room in the middle section. The 4 or 8 turbines are mounted above and below the belt conveyor, and are orientated in a way to ensure the perfect surface covering even for the most complex parts. The final section of the tunnel is provided with a blowing system to remove the shots possibly remaining on the parts. The machine does not require a pit, and is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.
Shot-blasting machine with rolls conveyor - GAMMA
The tunnel type machine “GAMMA” is a continuous shot-blasting unit with a motorised rolls conveyor, employed for surface treatment of plates, profiles, pipes and steel structures. The number and location of the turbines are optimised to ensure the full coverage of the materials transported by the conveyor. By the frequency inverter for the rolls conveyor driving unit, the operator can choose the best compromise between the production speed and the final result, depending on materials condition before shot-blasting. A blowing and brushing device ensure the shots removal from the surface of the blasted parts. The machine type “GAMMA” can be installed “in-line” with a painting facility. For plates only it is also available the model with the conveyor in vertical position (type “VERT”). The shot-blasting unit is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.
Holding Magnets
Our magnets are used under the most demanding conditions in docks, steel works, dockyards, etc. for the loading and transporting of numerous steel products. For us particularly robust and reliable designs used in conjunction with emergency electricity generator for heavy loads are of importance.

Magnetic Belt Separators
Particularly spacy and long but also bulky ferrous parts can be separated from a continuous material flow by magnetic belt separators. They are usually arranged longitudinally at the end of the conveyor belt or across the conveyor belt.
Non-ferrous separator
Apart from the well-proven conventional iron separation WAGNER MAGNETE as one of the first enterprises has concentrated on the field of separation of non-ferrous metals like aluminium and copper.
