Channel Mixers
Statiflo's Channel Mixers are revolutionising the design and operation of water and waste water treatment plants.
Series 100-150
Carbon Steel and stainless steel mixers with fixed or removable elements. A general purpose design suitable for all industries. Available with heating and cooling jackets, injectors, sample points and instrumentation bosses.
Series 600-650
Large diameter stainless steel or coated carbon steel/stainless steel mixers with fixed elements for water and wastewater treatment industries and general purpose. Flanged or plain ended for VJ couplings. Optional injectors and sampling points. Coatings are available in Scotchkote 206N or Rilsan.
Series 700
High surface mixers with edge sealed elements for high pressure and high viscosity polymer processing applications. Also for laminar flow thermal homogenisation. Available in carbon and stainless steels.
Statiflo STX Heat Exchange Motionless Mixer Systems for high viscosity and heat sensitive liquids
An extremely efficient range of heat exchangers for use mainly in laminar flow applications. All Statiflo designs rely on improved radial mixing and flow division for virtual elimination of boundary layers which form the biggest resistance to heat transfer in laminar flow.
Activated Sludge Plants
The STENGELIN activated sludge plants are available in all sizes and process variants, offer a highest possible operation reliability and purification capacity. For the efficient supply of the biomass with oxygen we are using fine-bubble aeration systems. High detention periods and a careful turn-over grant an optimal oxygen transfer.
Rotating Biological Contactor Plants
As biological stage of a wastewater treatment plant the Rotating Biological Contactor process technique is the ideal solution for many problems. Highest reliability of operation and low maintenance costs at a high purification capacity and very low energy consumption are characteristic for this process technique.
STENGELIN
supplies all components for the physical conditioning of industrial and domestic wastewater. We manufacture and deliver especially according to the customer's demands in all material standards and are producing with most modern manufacturing methods.
grease
grease About the site drainage and sewage to the sewage treatment plant to make fats and oils a dangerous nuisance for the installation of a dar. Fettabscheideanlage there are compelling reasons: to avoid pipe blockages preventing corrosion and odors adversely affecting the treatment plants. For all companies, which accumulates in fat-containing water, a Fettabscheideanlage is required by law.
sewage treatment plants
In this section you will find all our products ranging from wastewater treatment plants, rainwater harvesting and separation. All the products are always subject to ZAPF GmbH KLARO the strictest quality standards. For more information about our products, please click on the product navigator on the right side of the screen.
Advantages
• Increased sludge bio-degradability and therefore more biogas production • Significant sludge cake volume reduction • Higher digestion rate and 8 – 12% dry solids feed to digestion increases digester capacity two to three times • Stable and reliable digester operation • Highly energy-efficient process • Eliminates foaming problems caused by filamentous bacteria (Nocardia, etc.) • Sludge dewaterability improved up to 40% dry solids • Pasteurized cake: Guarantee of pathogen kill (class A biosolids) with no regrowth or reactivation of bacteria • Proven process: Cambi THP has been used in projects around the world since being launched in 1995 to reduce both disposal quantities and the cost of building and operating digesters
Anaerobic Digestion
Advantages of this digestion process Process works independently from humidity of waste High flexibility in treatment of different types of organic waste High biogas quality Little exploitation costs Hygienization according to EU Animal By-Products Regulation 1774/2002 High compost quality High flexibility in marketing of digestate or compost No moving elements in the digestor Little energy consumption Little wear
Composting in rotating drums
Organic waste can also be treated efficiently by aerobic composting in rotating drums. Here the first intensive composting process takes place in a closed, forced aerated and temperature controlled steel drum with an especially developed protection layer against corrosion inside. The process is a dynamic system with the possibility to move the drum in a controlled way with a speed of up to 1 rotation per minute.
KAMAT high pressure system
Water is a winner. Particularly when combined with our complete machines and useful accessories for a multitude of applications. KAMAT high pressure system are driven by engines and motors of well-reputed manufacturers. The drive sources we select are of internationally accepted standards and technical support is available on a worldwide basis. Your KAMAT unit is even more versatile when used in combination with our special accessories. A wide range of products is available to cover all kinds of different jobs.
centrimax
Registered trade mark of Winkelhorst Trenntechnik GmbH Centrimax supply used separators (self-cleaning separators, solid-wall disc stack separators, nozzle separators, chamber bowl separators), used decanters (two-phase decanters, three-phase decanters) and used centrifuges such as peeler centrifuges, pusher centrifuges, inverting filter centrifuges, worm-screen centrifuges / screen-scroll centrifuges, tubular centrifuges etc.
Our range covers the full compass of centrifugal separation technologies
The key products are made up of separators, decanters and centrifuges of all kinds
Combination suction flushing vehicle
Versatility in cleaning, collection, and transport of many sided disposal operations The use of combination suction flushing vehicles in sewer cleaning operations is on the increase. These vehicles can also be used when when required to transport controlled substances, as well as liquid waste materials which require monitoring to GGVS/ADR regulations (Hazardous goods)
Faecal and industrial sludge disposal vehicle (DRAINMASTER)
for de-watering, and performance orientated disposal of faecal and industrial sludges with water recycling Based on a standard suction pressure vehicle, MÜLLER is now able to present the second generation of the DRAINMASTER as a mobil sludge de-watering and disposal vehicle, which can also be used as standard sludge disposal vehicle.
High pressure flushing vehicle (JETMASTER)
High pressure flushing vehicle (JETMASTER) für for economical pipeline, sewer, and industrial cleaning Modern day sewer, and pipeline cleaning as basic measures (maintenance) of sewer upkeep, is unthinkable without flushing vehicles. These working machines are manufactured by us in varying sizes, and capacities.
Tank cleaning vehicle to GGVS/ADR regulations (CLEANMASTER)
for suction, temporary storage of heating oils, and transport of heating oil sludge to hazardous goods class 3 regulations
Pipes and chambers
Pipes and chambers
