DYNAFLUID® multifluid thermal oxidizer
DYNAFLUID® is a thermal oxidizer for liquid or gaseous wastes or mixtures of both. Thermal oxidation means that the products are reacting with oxygen (usually from the outside air) at high temperature. It is important to create the necessary conditions of good combustion in order to avoid the formation of byproducts of incomplete oxidation, which are often toxic (CO, H2, ...).
PuttArt® vertical Dryer-Granulator
The PUTTART® vertical dryer-granulator is a high-capacity installation for simultaneous sludge drying and granulating.
Geo-Compact 2
The most convenient solution for the treatment and valorization of the humid part of urban waste. The plant hygienizes in continuous the humid part of urban waste and stabilizes it, making it suitable for the agricultural field. The installation does not alter the environment: no emissions in the atmosphere, no pollution, limited dimensions, low energy consumptions.
Test room
The VOMM test room is at disposal of clients interested in making tests with their own raw materials, using the semi-industrial pilot plant facilities installed at our factory. This is the best way to confirm the advantages offered by technology.
Turbo-technology of continuous drying
Vomm's patented new drying technology has already been applied in various industrial sectors. It is based on the highly turbulent suspension of moist material in a flow of heated air. This suspension is created mechanically in a horizontal direction.
Conveyor belts
For lighter, middle level up to heavy tasks
Metering bunker
Bulk material equal metering and feeding
Dust-free drying
By contrast with conventional belt driers, the POLYTHERM® belt drier operates with infrared radiation. An appropriately tight array of heating tubes which are heated so that they emit in the infrared band in the area specified forms a high-temperature zone.
No odours
The process air ducting system now routes the hot air, saturated with water, to the condenser. The air is then cooled and the condensate produced is routed to the drainage pipe. The air which is now cool again is routed through a further fan to the flue gas heat exchanger.
ROMAG high-performance CSO screen RSW
Dispenses with the need to make high investments in retaining capacity volume Prevents unnecessary contamination of the receiving water courses Is safe and reliable to operate Permanently performs mechanical cleaning action Is resistant to corrosion Is rugged Requires little maintenance
WWTP Telli at Aarau, ROMAG CSO screen RSW-K
CSO screen RSW-K has already proven successful in very many applications. However, close cooperation with the offices and agencies involved is necessary in order to achieve a reliably operating installation. This is necessary in order to determine and comply with the hydraulic boundary conditions.
Advantages Bontec BT50
Low operating costs due to high oxygenation and o2 yield High adjustment range Minimal maintenance effort due to self-cleaning elastic film blockage-free even after long operational interruptions Saving on dewatering equipment thanks to air connection from above and watertight-sealing special membrane Intermittent operation Versatile application, even in areas with varying conditions Softener-free Deacidification is possible Simple fastening technology for low assembly costs Optimal functional control through individual regulation of the elements State-of-the-art production engineering at our own factory guarantees a high standard of quality as well as precise reproducibility Responsible selection of maerials guarantees environmentally sound disposal
The turnlock fastener
The turnlock fastner allows for the straightforward and rapid assembly /disassembly of the aerator elements; it is also height adjustable and is made out of high quality material (POM). It eliminates damage to materials during transfer to the aerator element and electronic corrosion through the appropriate choice of materials.

AquaSorb
Water covers three quarters of the earth's surface and is the essential substance which brings life to plants, animals and the entire population of the globe. The AquaSorb range of activated carbons has been specially developed to remove dissolved organic contaminants from water and to revitalize its natural purity. Applications include municipal water treatment involving the removal of taste, odour and color compounds, process water treatment in beverage production, brewing, semiconductor manufacture, effcluent water treatment in the remediation of contaminated ground, car wash facilities and landfill leachate treatment.
EcoSorb
The purity of air on our planet is of vital importance to us all. The EcoSorb range of activated carbons has been developed to remove volatile organic compounds from air and gas. Applications include the recovery of solvents used in rotogravure printing, viscose production and the manufacture of magnetic films, air treatment in airports, cigarette filter tips, range hoods, gas purification in the petrochemical industry, natural gas production and brewing industry
Biological cleaning
The heart of a sewage plant is the biological cleaning stage. Here, micro organisms are used to brake down the organic substances in the waste water and inorganic substances are partially oxidised.
Drainage control system
For the last 30 years, measuring and control equipment has been used to avoid hydraulic overloads of the downstream constructions. Not only in sewer systems, but also in the waste water equipment sector.
Pumping station
The screw conveyor is the pump of a balanced pressure lifting device that raises liquids to a certain height by mean of a rotating screw. Thanks to the installed equipment in the pumping station, the material is sent more or less evenly to the downstream sewage plant.
Sludge treatment
Often mechanical devices are used to remove water from the sewage sludge so that it can be recycled or disposed. Solid matter levels of approx. 25 - 30% are achieved here. In the case of biological dewatering, e.g. on reed beds, these levels may even reach up to approx. 60%.
