Module for Main Hydraulic Valve Block
The main hydraulic block is of a cartridge type and performs high flow for the electrohydraulic functions to be specified: e.g. 5 in DN20 (for leg and ram cylinders) and the remainder in DN12. The internal channels are large enough to provide full supply for 2 functions in DN20. The connections for (P) high pressure supply and (R) return lines are in DN25.
dixi 4 S
The well proven and economical, hydraulic compact baler. 4 t compacting force Bale weight of 30 to 50 kg Specially space-saving solution by feeding of the press chamber from the top With rapid compacting cycles, automatic ram return and visual indicator to show when final bale size is reached Sturdy, compact, low-maintenance design – cylinder and tying tape rolls are integrated into the housing Being visually attractive makes this baler even suitable for areas frequented by the public The small floor space required even allows the installation in relative narrow recesses The electrical connection is possible to every 230 V plug socket
25 FP The hydraulic drum press
The hydraulic drum press - for pressing even heaviest steel-hooped drums in next to no time 25 t compacting force Automatic compaction cycle: Place drum into the press chamber, press start button, and remove the compressed drum, then Optimal safety concept: Surrounding splash guarding housing for a complete protection of the operator The hydraulic unit and the control are integrated space-saving into the housing of the machine Ecology-minded: fluid collection device for residual liquids - connection to a company-related disposal system possible Energy saving, low noise 2 stage hydraulics with automatic stop at the end of the cycle Sturdy, closed, welded steel construction
Baling systems
DIXI baling systems reduce mountains of waste, and carefully tied bales assure an economic disposal and recycling compatibility.

SLK These hydraulic channel balers
These hydraulic channel balers with a modular design and a fully automatic tie off open up new prospects for market sector specific solutions against mountains of waste and recycling material 30 to 60 t compacting force Bale weight of 300 to 600 kg Bale length to be set individually Waste material in huge quantities and production recyclings • require a lot of handling, • absorb valuable warehouse spaces and • cause considerable expenditures for transportation to the recycling facilities The effective volume reduction leads to a decrease of theses expenditures to a minimum. All important modules of the SLK channel baler product range can be modified perfectly and adjusted to user specific requirements, • the selection of performance and capacity according to demand • the process related feeding of the waste or recycling material into the baler • the variable decision for the correct bale size

Desalination
Seawater desalination and brackish water treatment represent the most common applications of reverse osmosis in the municipal drinking water domain. The recent introduction of energy recovery systems has made the use of this membrane technology more cost-effective than alternative processes such as distillation.
Complex treatment chains
The quality of a raw water sometimes requires more lengthy treatments than a clarification or disinfection in order to respect the quality standards for drinking water. In these cases a multi-stage treatment chain is necessary in order to obtain a high quality drinking water. For these applications, Membratec can offer multi-stage treatment chains, whereby the various stages are chosen in order to solve each raw water quality problem and can therefore be ideally completed with the appropriate membrane treatment. Here follows a non-exhaustive list:
Membratec ultrafiltration
A “home-made” well-proven process All Membratec plants are not only meant to offer the well-known advantages of ultrafiltration (clarification and disinfection in one single stage), but also provide the clients with a simple, reliable and low-maintenance plant, so that the daily needs of the consumers can be successfully met by keeping operating costs at a low level. In order to achieve this important aim, Membratec has developed its own process, which ideally integrates the different components of the treatment plant in a fully automatic operating system, requiring only routine controls. The main characteristics of the Membratec process are:
Water softening
Membrane technology applied to water softening allows to sensibly improve the quality of drinking water with excessive hardness or sulphate content. An elimination rate of 94% to 99% for elements such as calcium or sulphates can be obtained by using the appropriate membrane type with an adequately chosen cut-off.
