KMA AAIRMAXX ESP – tubular electrofilter for the separation of dust and smoke
Excellent cleaning efficiency: With the AAIRMAXX technique it is possible to separate coarse and finer fractions of solid and liquid materials from the air. Low power consumption: Due to the wide open structure, the backpressure of the filter unit is very low. The resulting decrease in neccesary fan power means savings in operating costs. Furthermore, the high cleaning efficiency of the tubular electrofilter technique also allows the back flow of the clean air in the working place. The building temperature regulation costs are this way reduced! Minor need of maintenance - automatic filter cleaning system: The filter unit is wide-bodied and has no moving parts. This makes it easy to remove the dust from the collecting walls and thus to maintain the unit. At the same time, the filter procedure includes more than one tested filter cleaning methods: dust and smoke depositions can be removed, if desired, by means of vibrations or by an integrated hot water pressure washing unit. The filter units are completely made of normal or stainless steel - it is not necessary to regularly change the different components and the filter maintenance costs are thus reduced compared to other filtering separators
KMA produces filtering systems
KMA produces filtering systems for their use in many different industrial sectors. The long lasting principle was for us of out-most importance in the development of our e-quipment production technique long before it became the newest trend -known as sustainable development- within the environmental protection world. KMA filters stand out because of their extremely low energy consumption as well as their resoluted pursue of avoiding pollutants be simply changing their disposal place (from the air to rivers or see, for example). KMA´s filter production technique was besides awarded with several environmental prizes and dinstinctions. We deliver a vast range of extraction devices, filter components and controls so that not only standard solutions are foand but also individual cases can be attended in a most proper and economical way. All this allows a high flexibility and adjusting capacity to every particular case without having to renounce to the advantages of the efficient series production.
Construction material recycling
Kleemann is the pioneer in the construction of stationary recycling plants with more than 2 decades of experience. Mineral materials such as masonry, steel reinforced concrete and broken out road materials made from asphalt or concrete are added processed using suitable process technology to form high-quality recycled construction materials and are then reused. This saves increasingly scarce construction material resources. The complete systems or even subsystems are individually tailored to the requirements by Kleemann and offer optimum process engineering with maximum economic efficiency. Turnkey plants with throughputs of 10 – 700 t/h have been realised to date. Recycling plant with a capacity of up to 700 t/h for demolition waste and demolished concrete. Impact crusher SHB 20/160 with primary screen and apron feeder.
Mobile impact crushers - MOBIREX
The track mounted jaw crushers of the MOBIREX series are used for soft to medium-hard natural stone and for the reprocessing of residual construction materials. What is important today, in addition to the quality of the end product, is environmental and cost awareness, availability and a wide field of application. The MOBIREX machines unite all these requirements. In the process, they guarantee an end product that represents the high demands of concrete and asphalt granulation standards with regard to grain shape, grain distribution and cleanliness.
Mobile screens - MOBISCREEN
The range of Kleemann tracked screens extends from 7 - 18.4 m² screening area. Built either as a double or triple-deck screen with or without feed hopper, as a banana screen, with finger screening surface, with rubberised perforated panels, etc. the screens are suitable for use wherever high outputs are required and where difficult to screen material has to be separated. The screens are all diesel-electric driven and are particularly suitable for combined operation with an upstream Kleemann crusher. The performance range for mobile screens nowadays extends to 1,000 t/h depending on the type and composition of the feed material and the grading ranges to be screened.
Mobile secondary crushers– MOBICONE and MOBIFOX
When stationary becomes mobility. Stationary processing plants are increasingly being replaced by mobile machines. In order to ensure the customary quality for concrete or asphalt grading Kleemann has developed special secondary crusher units which work, electrically interlocked, together with other machines such as primary crushers and screens. Secondary impact crushers and gyratory crushers are used which, depending on the process requirements, are operated with or without fitted screens. Depending on the application, MOBICONE and MOBIFOX secondary crushers can be used as secondary or tertiary crushers. Even complicated processing sequences can be solved nowadays with several machines connected in series.
Biological cleaning
The heart of a sewage plant is the biological cleaning stage. Here, micro organisms are used to brake down the organic substances in the waste water and inorganic substances are partially oxidised.
Drainage control system
For the last 30 years, measuring and control equipment has been used to avoid hydraulic overloads of the downstream constructions. Not only in sewer systems, but also in the waste water equipment sector.
Pumping station
The screw conveyor is the pump of a balanced pressure lifting device that raises liquids to a certain height by mean of a rotating screw. Thanks to the installed equipment in the pumping station, the material is sent more or less evenly to the downstream sewage plant.
Sludge treatment
Often mechanical devices are used to remove water from the sewage sludge so that it can be recycled or disposed. Solid matter levels of approx. 25 - 30% are achieved here. In the case of biological dewatering, e.g. on reed beds, these levels may even reach up to approx. 60%.
Filler robot
Long-lasting rehabilitation with epoxy mortar Two robots are used for the rehabilitation of non-man-entry sewers ranging from 200 mm to 600 mm in diameter: the KA-TE PMO filler robot DN 178/300 and the KA-TE PMO filler robot DN 250/600. The filler robots are used to fill previously ground areas, such as cracks and joints, with epoxy mortar. The epoxy is forwarded to the area of application in an exchangeable cartridge. Compressed air presses the epoxy through the filling nozzle into the previously ground areas which are subsequently smoothed out. Special epoxy mortar is used, which can also be applied underwater. With the optional “KA-TE PMO shield placing mechanism” a perfect renovation of laterals and joints is possible.
Grinding robot
Two robots cover the entire range of non-man-entry sewers with a diameter from 150mm to 800mm: the KA-TE PMO mini-grinding robot DN 150/300 and the KA-TE PMO grinding robot DN 250/600. Both grinding robots are equipped with hydraulic grinding and drive engines and are designed to master the tough conditions in sewers. They are used for the powerful and exact grinding of intruding lateral connections, grinding of deposits, and the opening of lateral connections after lining.
Mini tilting camera
With the KA-TE PMO mini tilting camera, repair work carried out by a KA-TE PMO robot can be monitored even in the smallest dimensions. Similar to the large tilting camera, this model is also equipped with an integrated screen wiper to clean both the lens and the lighting unit.
TILTING CAMERAS
Tilting camera KA-TE PMO’s water-tight tilting camera provides reliable visual transmission even under extreme milling conditions. Owing to the 200° tilting capacity, all camera positions of relevance to rehabilitating sewers are available by means of continuous adjustment. The integrated screen wiper cleans both the lens and the lighting unit
laserSYSTEM iCON
The iCON is ideal for small character coding applications for packaging, packed and industrial goods.
KNV - Catalytic Air Purification System
Catalytic air purification systems have been part of the KBA CleanAir product range for more than 40 years. By using heavy-duty catalysts based on a mixture of oxides or noble metals, it is possible to adapt to the different customer requirements.
RTO-Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser
The regenerative thermal method combines flexibility with cost effectiveness and is state-of-the-art in the industrial exhaust air purification area. This system is distinguished by its operational reliability, ease of handling and low maintenance costs.
TNV - Thermal Recuperative Air Purification
At the beginning of the 70's, LTG (now KBA-MetalPrint) was already building the first integrated thermal incinerators, for the dryers in painting and printing installations.
