	KMA AAIRMAXX ESP – tubular electrofilter for the separation of dust and smoke Vynikající účinnost čištění: S AAIRMAXX technikou je možné oddělit hrubé a jemné frakce pevných a kapalných materiálů ze vzduchu. Nízká spotřeba energie: Vzhledem k široké otevřené struktuře, protitlak z filtračního zařízení je velmi nízká. Výsledné snížení potřeby výkon ventilátoru znamená úsporu provozních nákladů. 	KMA produces filtering systems KMA vyrábí filtrační systémy pro jejich použití v různých průmyslových odvětvích.Dlouhodobou princip byl pro nás mimo nejdůležitější ve vývoji našeho e-quipment výrobní postup dlouho předtím, než se stal nejnovější trend známý jako je udržitelný rozvoj v rámci ochrany životního prostředí světa. KMA filtry jsou výjimečné díky své extrémně nízké spotřebě energie, jakož i jejich resoluted sledovat jak se vyhnout znečišťujících látek se prostě mění k dispozici místo (ze vzduchu do řek nebo viz příklad). KMA je filtrační technologii výroby se kromě oceněn několika cenami a životního prostředí dinstinctions. 	Construction material recycling Kleemann is the pioneer in the construction of stationary recycling plants with more than 2 decades of experience. Mineral materials such as masonry, steel reinforced concrete and broken out road materials made from asphalt or concrete are added processed using suitable process technology to form high-quality recycled construction materials and are then reused. This saves increasingly scarce construction material resources. The complete systems or even subsystems are individually tailored to the requirements by Kleemann and offer optimum process engineering with maximum economic efficiency. 	Mobile impact crushers - MOBIREX The track mounted jaw crushers of the MOBIREX series are used for soft to medium-hard natural stone and for the reprocessing of residual construction materials. The MOBIREX machines unite all these requirements. 	Mobile screens - MOBISCREEN The range of Kleemann tracked screens extends from 7 - 18.4 m² screening area. Built either as a double or triple-deck screen with or without feed hopper, as a banana screen, with finger screening surface, with rubberised perforated panels, etc. the screens are suitable for use wherever high outputs are required and where difficult to screen material has to be separated. The screens are all diesel-electric driven and are particularly suitable for combined operation with an upstream Kleemann crusher. The performance range for mobile screens nowadays extends to 1,000 t/h depending on the type and composition of the feed material and the grading ranges to be screened.
	Mobile secondary crushers– MOBICONE and MOBIFOX When stationary becomes mobility. Stationary processing plants are increasingly being replaced by mobile machines. In order to ensure the customary quality for concrete or asphalt grading Kleemann has developed special secondary crusher units which work, electrically interlocked, together with other machines such as primary crushers and screens. Secondary impact crushers and gyratory crushers are used which, depending on the process requirements, are operated with or without fitted screens. Depending on the application, MOBICONE and MOBIFOX secondary crushers can be used as secondary or tertiary crushers. Even complicated processing sequences can be solved nowadays with several machines connected in series.

	Biological cleaning The heart of a sewage plant is the biological cleaning stage. Here, micro organisms are used to brake down the organic substances in the waste water and inorganic substances are partially oxidised. In the so-called aeration basins, the substances are broken down by artificially adding oxygen and mixing this through the waste water. One tried-and-tested technical device for aeration is the detachable KLAWA aeration element.
	Drainage control system
	Pumping station The screw conveyor is the pump of a balanced pressure lifting device that raises liquids to a certain height by mean of a rotating screw. Thanks to the installed equipment in the pumping station, the material is sent more or less evenly to the downstream sewage plant. Instead of screw conveyors, waste water pumps with the appropriate pipe systems can also be used.
	Sludge treatment Often mechanical devices are used to remove water from the sewage sludge so that it can be recycled or disposed. Solid matter levels of approx. 25 - 30% are achieved here. In the case of biological dewatering, e.g. on reed beds, these levels may even reach up to approx. 60%.

	Filler robot Long-lasting rehabilitation with epoxy mortar Two robots are used for the rehabilitation of non-man-entry sewers ranging from 200 mm to 600 mm in diameter: the KA-TE PMO filler robot DN 178/300 and the KA-TE PMO filler robot DN 250/600. The filler robots are used to fill previously ground areas, such as cracks and joints, with epoxy mortar. The epoxy is forwarded to the area of application in an exchangeable cartridge. Compressed air presses the epoxy through the filling nozzle into the previously ground areas which are subsequently smoothed out. Special epoxy mortar is used, which can also be applied underwater. With the optional “KA-TE PMO shield placing mechanism” a perfect renovation of laterals and joints is possible.
	Grinding robot Two robots cover the entire range of non-man-entry sewers with a diameter from 150mm to 800mm: the KA-TE PMO mini-grinding robot DN 150/300 and the KA-TE PMO grinding robot DN 250/600. Both grinding robots are equipped with hydraulic grinding and drive engines and are designed to master the tough conditions in sewers. They are used for the powerful and exact grinding of intruding lateral connections, grinding of deposits, and the opening of lateral connections after lining.
	Mini tilting camera With the KA-TE PMO mini tilting camera, repair work carried out by a KA-TE PMO robot can be monitored even in the smallest dimensions. Similar to the large tilting camera, this model is also equipped with an integrated screen wiper to clean both the lens and the lighting unit.
	TILTING CAMERAS Tilting camera KA-TE PMO’s water-tight tilting camera provides reliable visual transmission even under extreme milling conditions. Owing to the 200° tilting capacity, all camera positions of relevance to rehabilitating sewers are available by means of continuous adjustment. The integrated screen wiper cleans both the lens and the lighting unit

	KNV - Catalytic Air Purification System Katalytické systémy čištění vzduchu jsou součástí výrobku KBA CleanAIR rozsahu pro více než 40 let. Při použití těžkých katalyzátorů na bázi směsi oxidů nebo drahé kovy, je možné přizpůsobit požadavkům jednotlivých zákazníků.Katalyzátory obecně mají životnost více než 30,000 hodin provozu. Oblasti použití: katalytické metoda je vhodná zejména pro velmi kolísavé koncentrace uhlovodíků, kde je potřeba jen málo odpadního tepla. Při použití H-KNV série, v koncentracích do 18 g / mn ³ se dá léčit. Proudění vzduchu obsahující chlór může také léčit, aniž by riziko vzniku dioxinů. Popis procesu: S katalytické spalování odpadního vzduchu, reakční teplotu potřebnou pro dokonalé spalování při použití vhodného oxidačního katalyzátoru může být snížena na cca. 280 až 320 ° C. 	RTO-Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser Regenerační teplotní metoda kombinuje flexibilitu s nákladovou efektivnost, a je state-of-the-art v průmyslovém čištění odpadního vzduchu oblasti. Tento systém se vyznačuje provozní spolehlivost, snadnou manipulaci a nízké náklady na údržbu. Tyto systémy jsou často úspěšně používá dnes i pro aplikace s nízkou koncentrací znečišťujících látek (např. odstranění zápachu). Oblasti použití: KBA CleanAIR RTO systémy jsou vhodné pro širokou škálu aplikací. Ideální podmínky jsou odpadní vzduch proudí, s nízkým až středním koncentrací rozpouštědel, kde je vyžadována žádná nebo jen minimální další odpadní teplo. S touto metodou, autotermním provozu (provoz bez potřeby dalších primární energie), je možné, rozpouštědla koncentrací jako minimum jak 1,2 g / m³. RTO je stále velmi efektivní z hlediska nákladů při nižších koncentracích, protože vnitřní zpětné získávání tepla je tak vysoká, až 98%. Popis procesu: rozpouštědla obsažená ve výfukovém vzduchu oxiduje na oxid uhličitý a vodní páry ve spalovací komoře při teplotě přibližně od 800 do 830 ° C. Vnitřní zpětné získávání tepla je dosaženo v tomto případě pomocí vysoce účinné keramické výměník tepla systém, XtraComb ®, vyvinutý společností KBA. To je propláchnutí čistou střídavě plynem a surového plynu tak, aby co nejvíce absorbovat tepelné energie z horkého plynu a čistý přenos energie na studenou surového plynu. Různé série jsou k dispozici s touto metodou v závislosti na aplikaci: 2-3-kanystr kanystr Malé: RTOcompact RTO v 3-kanystr-Design nejznámější regenerační systém je 3-kanystr systému, kde je zapnutý odpadního vzduchu se čistí po cyklicky mezi třemi kanystry (syrové a čisté plyn nebo vymazat kanystru). Tato metoda splňuje nejvyšší standardy a zaručuje minimální čistý plyn hodnoty.
	TNV - Thermal Recuperative Air Purification Na začátku 70. let, LTG (nyní KBA-MetalPrint) už stavět první integrovanou tepelnou spalovny pro sušičky v obraze a tiskové zařízení. Od té doby bylo více než 1200 těchto systémů byly instalovány po celém světě. Oblasti použití: termální systémy čištění vzduchu, pomocí rekuperačních předehřevu odpadního vzduchu, jsou zvláště vhodné pro aplikace s malou a střední tok odpadního vzduchu a vysokých koncentrací uhlovodíků, stejně jako třeba pro sekundární rekuperací tepla. Problematické toky odpadního vzduchu, např. s vysokou zátěží nebo prachu tendenci vytvářet kondenzáty, lze léčit pomocí tohoto vyzkoušené, univerzální metoda. Pomocí efektivní systémy zpětného získávání tepla, např. pro páry, horké vody nebo oleje, při nichž dochází ke sdílení tepla, TNV systémy jsou stále cenově dnes pro mnoho aplikací.
