COMBINATION SEWER CLEANERS
Every CAP-COMBI is designed exactly according to customer's needs and allows a much faster and more efficient cleaning. Ultramodern, flexible and reliable technology supports and assists the operator. CAP-COMBI can be equipped with: carbon steel or stainless steel tanks; fixed internal wall or movable wall; two external water tanks; a wide range of vacuum pumps; a wide range of triplex plungers high pressure pumps. The mechanical transmission permits to drive the high pressure pump and the vacuum pump completely separate from each other or at the same time, utilizing the truck's own PTO or the special CAPPELLOTTO's “CAP PTO”. The patented upper suction hose reel is equipped with a telescopic, adjustable in height and 300° swivelling boom designed on the same axle.
MORE LOAD, MORE AGILITY, 25% MORE CARRYING CAPACITY
CAP VAC 3800 ADR light alloy semi-trailer for transporting waste Classes 3 - 5.1 - 6.1 - 6.2 - 8 - 9 Light alloy self-supporting tank Capacity: 31.0 m³ Carrying capacity: 31 tons PTO: on tractor truck Vacuum pump: HIBON VTB 820 hydraulic lobe pump, 40,000 lt/1' First axle: lift BPW Second axle: fixed BPW Third axle: self-tracking BPW GVW: 38 tons
RECYCLE SEWER CLEANER
Why working with the CAP-RECY? Reduced refills for clean water. Less water and more debris in the debris tank. Able to work without shutting off secondary lines. Able to work with high water volume in sewers. No dead times for sewer cleaning operations. Multi-step filtration system, designed to remove impurities from recycled water. Safeguard of high pressure water pump. Efficient grease separation. Completely automatic cleaning of the machine
VACUUM LOADER
The CAP-BORA Vacuum Loader shows the state of the art of vacuum technology and pneumatic handling of dry and wet materials, even if classified as hazardous materials. The superstructure combines the highest efficiency with the highest vacuum performance, thanks to a wide range of lobe vacuum pumps, generating an airflow of 4.500 to 13.000 m³/h at max. 90% vacuum. CAP-BORA is designed to remove wet and dry materials over long distances and depths by suction. An exclusive self-discharging automatic system for the filter baghouse avoids dead times for cleaning without stopping vacuum operations. A special CAPPELLOTTO P.O.S. (Pressure-Offload-System) enables dry materials to be pumped up to a height of 60 meters. The CAP-BORA can work in different industrial fields when equipped with a complete high-pressure unit with triplex-plunger high-pressure pump. The superstructure is designed in order to guarantee a long working life and a high level of resistance against abrasive and aggressive materials.
Effluent Treatment Plants
Effluent treatment plants in all Industrial installations are critical systems for their economy and efficiency. This is particularly true for industrial processes where water is directly involved as a process fluid. Moreover in the most recent years an increased sensibility put industrial sites under the spotlights of communities and media as potential sources of water contamination. ARTES can provide its Customers with its long term experience in Effluent Treatment systems. In detail specific solutions have been developed for the following applications: Effluent Water Treatment in Refineries and Petrochemical Plants Treatment of Waste Water from Flue Gas depuration Storm Water & Oily Water treatment Quench-Water Treatment and Recovery in Ethylene Plants Zero Liquid Discharge
Bactron I Anaerobic Chamber 100 Plate Capacity
The Bactron I is an ideal first anaerobic chamber. It has a 14 cu.ft. workspace and a 100 plate capacity incubator. Specifically designed for use by smaller laboratories, it can also serve as an economical set-up for larger labs. Bactron systems have airtight construction of stainless steel and rigid Plexiglas, for unobstructed vision and integrity.
CARBOLITE AAF FURNACES
Ideal for ashing materials such as food, plastics, coal and other hydrocarbons. The units are heated by wire heating elements protected from chemical and mechanical damage by a high quality, hard wearing alumina based liner. The graded winding and heating from four sides allow the elements to compensate for heat loss and they are additionally used to preheat the air entering the furnace.
Flocculators
Accepts six samples Digital indication of speed and time , 25-250rpm Two pre-set programs Built in illumination for easy viewing of samples Suitable for flocculation (jar) tests on water and effluent samples. Timer: 0-99 minutes Controls Keypad: Touch sensitive Digital display: LED Dimensions: 750 x 210 x 460mm (wxdxh) Net Weight: 17kg Power: 230V, 50Hz, 200W
Level Troll 100
In-Situ reliability at our lowest price. The new Level TROLL® 100 is an economical, absolute (non-vented) instrument for monitoring and recording changes in water level, pressure, and temperature. The Level TROLL® 100 is designed to measure these parameters in down hole wells, boreholes, tanks, rivers, streams, lakes, and reservoirs.

Advantages
• Increased sludge bio-degradability and therefore more biogas production • Significant sludge cake volume reduction • Higher digestion rate and 8 – 12% dry solids feed to digestion increases digester capacity two to three times • Stable and reliable digester operation • Highly energy-efficient process • Eliminates foaming problems caused by filamentous bacteria (Nocardia, etc.) • Sludge dewaterability improved up to 40% dry solids • Pasteurized cake: Guarantee of pathogen kill (class A biosolids) with no regrowth or reactivation of bacteria • Proven process: Cambi THP has been used in projects around the world since being launched in 1995 to reduce both disposal quantities and the cost of building and operating digesters
Activated Carbon & Specialty Products
What is Activated Carbon? Activated carbon is a porous material that removes organic compounds from liquids and gases by a process known as "adsorption." In adsorption, organic molecules contained in a liquid or gas are attracted and bound to the surface of the pores of the activated carbon as the liquid or gas is passed through. During adsorption, liquids or gases pass through a bed or layer of highly porous material called the adsorbent. The compound or compounds to be removed, termed the adsorbate(s), diffuse to the surface of the adsorbent and are retained because of weak attractive forces. Adsorption occurs on the internal surfaces of the materials. The primary raw material used in the production of our activated carbons is bituminous coal that is crushed, sized and processed in low temperature bakers followed by high-temperature furnaces. This heating process is known as activation, and develops the pore structure of the carbon. Through adjustments in the activation process, pores of the required size for a particular purification application are developed. The Industry Innovators Activated carbon products are the very backbone of Calgon Carbon Corporation. Since 1942, we have been the industry innovators, pioneering new products and applications by developing superior-performing activated carbon products. Today, we produce more than 100 types of granular, powdered and pelletized activated carbons made from coal, wood and coconut char. And we remain 100% committed to meeting our customers' toughest purification, separation and concentration challenges. Click on a link below for more specific information on:
Ultraviolet Technologies
Calgon Carbon has been a global pioneer and leader in the use of the ultraviolet (UV) light oxidation process to purify water for decades. More than 20 years ago, Calgon Carbon introduced an advanced UV process to remediate contaminated groundwater. In 1998, Calgon Carbon scientists invented a process that could be used to inactivate Cryptosporidium and other similar pathogens in surface water, rendering them harmless to humans. It was the first major industry breakthrough in many years and placed Calgon Carbon on the leading edge of UV disinfection technology. We remain there today, with innovative products such as SENTINEL® for drinking water, the C3 Series™ for wastewater and the Rayox® for groundwater and process water.
