Denitrification-Nitrification
Denitrification is a process where the nitrogen bonded in the nitrate is transformed into molecular nitrogen by bacteria. As a result, the nitrogen is no longer usable as a source of nutrients for plants. It has no impact anymore as a fertilizer and thus is no longer environmentally relevant.
Long arm agitator
The task of a long arm agitator is to mix the substrate evenly and carefully. At approx. 40 rpm it creates a fl ow and motion in the vessel and ensures that the gas creating bacteria will have continuous and optimal conditions.
Perfect Solutions for Waste and Disposal Engineering
Biogas plants by WELtec are not only renewable resource plants: In the area of waste and disposal engineering, WELtec BioPower realises optimum solutions in order to dispose of substrates that are subject to the EC hygiene regulations.
Submersible agitators
In addition to the long arm agitators we also use submersible agitators. These agitators ensure a fast and targeted mixing of fl oating and sedimenting substrates and are used to maintain a minimum crust formation in the digester.
GORE™ Surveys – Sampling Air, Soil, and Water
GORE™ Surveys for Site Assessment are used for accurate site assessments, vapor intrusion investigations, ground and surface water sampling, conceptual site model development, and long-term monitoring.
GORE® Filtration Products
Proven to optimize filtration products GORE® Filtration Products provide optimum performance for the chemicals, metals, minerals, and energy industries in the form of low pressure drop, near zero emissions, and consistent flow rates. We focus on delivering optimum performance through system evaluation, troubleshooting, specific product design, proper application, installation consultation/management, and periodic lab evaluation.
MicroClear XL filters
The new MicroClear XL has 7 m² of membrane surface and exactly replaces 2 MC03 filters. The MA03 frames (except MA03-1 and MA03-2) can be equipped with one MCXL for every two MC03. Important for you: The MCXL is offered for an even more attractive price. On top of that the MCXL offers a number of innovations, that are unique in the world of submerged ultrafiltration.
MicroClear® filters
Simple configuration and installation make the MicroClear system a convincing approach no later than when it is deployed in a specific project. On request, even complete ultra-filtration stages, including peripheral equipment, can be installed. The MicroClear system is literally an award winning system that is flexible enough to be readily configured to any appropriate purpose. This applies to private and public wastewater treatment plants, water supply improvements for industrial purposes and also for producing drinking water from rainwater or river water in disaster areas.

600 flow calculator
The flow rates calculated here are valid for water at 20C (68F) with negligible suction and pressure requirements. For a precise sizing, contact your local Watson-Marlow representative.
620DuN
Watson-Marlow Bredel are world leaders in the fastest growing pump type for industry, so we set tough targets for the new 620 series. Increase pressure and flow, cut maintenance time to less than one minute and safeguard the process. Engineered to last, the new 620 series will deliver the lowest whole-life ownership costs, even in the most arduous environments.
High-flow dispensers
Watson-Marlow Bredel are world leaders in the fastest growing pump type for industry. The new 620 series dispensing pumps combine power with accurate dosing in a compact, chemical resistant casing.
Watson-Marlow tubing
The tubing is as important as the pump because: Its restitution creates suction lift Its strength resists pressure Its flex resistance determines pumping life Its bore decides the flow rate
Biogas plants
In biogas plant the waste is transformed into bioenergy and high quality fertilisers. Biogas is a result of a naturally working process, where micro-organism’s degrade the organic matter under anaerobic conditions. The function of a biogas plant represents both waste management and decentralized production of renewable energy and fertilisers. After the establishment of the company in 2003 Watrec Ltd has focused its efforts to create industrialised biogas plant solutions. The first reference project was finalised in 2005, being the first large-scale co-digestion plant in Finland.
Membro®
The Membro® process is a treatment system designed by Watrec Ltd for especially wastewaters with high levels of ammonia and organics. In Membro® process both biological and physical processes are combined together to produce a cost-efficient operation and excellent removal rates for ammonia, COD, solids, and phosphorus. This system has been successfully tested in full scale anaerobic digestion facility.
Safety equipments
We also distribute measuring and alarm systems for waste management plants and to the industry to improve working safety related to gaseous compounds
DYNAFLUID® multifluid thermal oxidizer
DYNAFLUID® is a thermal oxidizer for liquid or gaseous wastes or mixtures of both. Thermal oxidation means that the products are reacting with oxygen (usually from the outside air) at high temperature. It is important to create the necessary conditions of good combustion in order to avoid the formation of byproducts of incomplete oxidation, which are often toxic (CO, H2, ...).
PuttArt® vertical Dryer-Granulator
The PUTTART® vertical dryer-granulator is a high-capacity installation for simultaneous sludge drying and granulating.
