Anaerobic Digestion
Advantages of this digestion process Process works independently from humidity of waste High flexibility in treatment of different types of organic waste High biogas quality Little exploitation costs Hygienization according to EU Animal By-Products Regulation 1774/2002 High compost quality High flexibility in marketing of digestate or compost No moving elements in the digestor Little energy consumption Little wear
Composting in rotating drums
Organic waste can also be treated efficiently by aerobic composting in rotating drums. Here the first intensive composting process takes place in a closed, forced aerated and temperature controlled steel drum with an especially developed protection layer against corrosion inside. The process is a dynamic system with the possibility to move the drum in a controlled way with a speed of up to 1 rotation per minute.
Dust-free drying
By contrast with conventional belt driers, the POLYTHERM® belt drier operates with infrared radiation. An appropriately tight array of heating tubes which are heated so that they emit in the infrared band in the area specified forms a high-temperature zone.
No odours
The process air ducting system now routes the hot air, saturated with water, to the condenser. The air is then cooled and the condensate produced is routed to the drainage pipe. The air which is now cool again is routed through a further fan to the flue gas heat exchanger.
ROMAG high-performance CSO screen RSW
Dispenses with the need to make high investments in retaining capacity volume Prevents unnecessary contamination of the receiving water courses Is safe and reliable to operate Permanently performs mechanical cleaning action Is resistant to corrosion Is rugged Requires little maintenance
WWTP Telli at Aarau, ROMAG CSO screen RSW-K
CSO screen RSW-K has already proven successful in very many applications. However, close cooperation with the offices and agencies involved is necessary in order to achieve a reliably operating installation. This is necessary in order to determine and comply with the hydraulic boundary conditions.

DoseRAE is a rugged, lightweight, direct-reading electronic personal dosimeter that provides superior dose monitoring accuracy.
MiniRAE 3000
The MiniRAE 3000 is the most advanced handheld volatile organic compound (VOC) on the market. Its Photoionization Detector’s (PID) extended range of 0 to 15,000 ppm makes it an ideal instrument for applications from industrial hygiene, to leak and hazmat detection..
MultiRAE Plus
The MultiRAE Plus is a compact one-to-five gas monitor that combines a PID with O2, LEL, and two toxic gas sensors. Its case allows quick and easy access to the battery and sensors simply by using a coin. With ATEX, UL, and CUL approvals, it provides protection in Homeland Security, HazMat, and emergency response, and is wirelessly enabled providing real-time data transmissions to a remote host controller up to two miles away.
QRAE II Pump
The QRAE II is a full-featured, compact, one- to four-sensor gas detector for oxygen, combustibles, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide or sulfur dioxide.

Collecting box for used batteries
Battery boxes, small containers and IBCs are included as possible packaging for used batteries in the internationally binding regulations governing the transport of hazardous goods by road or rail (ADR / RID). In contrast to the small container and IBC packaging, the battery box is not subject to testing and certification. The Paloxe pallet box shown meets all ADR / RID requirements for the transport of used batteries.

Filter for ventilation duct
The RXZ-High-Performance separator as a duct element is intended to be installed in ventilation ducts with polluted air. Airvolumes of up to 100000m³/h. The separators can not only be integrated in the ducts but also, for example in a central for the exhaust air. All devices have chamber of inspection doors which are easily accessible. For maintenance purposes the filters can be completely removed. Used as general air separator, the RXZ-High-Performance separator takes in air, both from one side and two sides , and cleans it in its basic element. Depending on the air flow volume the general air separator can be equiped with several basic elements. The discharge of the pollutants is by a common pipe. The elements are also available as complete units with fan.
X-CYCLONE® is the heartpiece of all our products
Based on decades of experience in the domain of mechanical separation in ventilationtechnology, REVEN® has developed the mechanical separating system X-CYCLONE® in close cooperation with the industry. Air pollutants and contaminants from oil, emulsions and other fluids are separatedfrom the ambient air as aerosols to a very high extent. This equipmentdispenses with auxiliary energy supply as well as any auxiliary material (fabric, etc.) and is particularlywell suited for the separation of the following harmful substances from the air. Air pollutants in the form of aerosols, mist or vapour (saturated) as well as fine dust occur in various particle fractions [μm]. A particle is a defined mass depending on gravity. These particles are conducted together with the transporting medium air into the X-CYCLONE® separator by forced ventilation (fan).
