ARIANA Maintenance Station R-3000
Emulsions and grindingsolutions are cleaned and optimally maintained during production. Removes external oils up to 97% from the emulsion, works independently using bypass technology without personnel placement, higher running capacity for short application times. The device is made of stainless steel.
ARIANA Power Vac Pump
Dual acting suction-force pump for fluids. Used to fill or deflate coolant and lubricant containers
Turbo blowers
APG-Neuros’ Turbo Blower technology was founded in the aerospace and defense industry where Aero Engines were used in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and in the F-16 military aviation program, making the technology tested and reliable.

Disc Pastillator
The Disc Pastillator, or pelletizing disc, is used to create pastilles. Pastillizing is the process whereby a liquid product is congealed into pastilles. The molten product is dosed via a stationary dosing head placing pastilles onto an intermittent rotating disc. The moment that the product hits the disc it starts to congeal. The process of dosing, congealing and pastillizing is completed in less than one rotation. The result is easily transportable pastilles, perfectly uniform in shape and quality. The concept of the GMF-Gouda Disc Pastillator has various functional advantages: The compact vertical construction requires little floor space; A completely closed cooling-water circuit rules out the possibility of the product coming into contact with the coolant; A gastight process space makes the machine especially suitable for processing poisonous, oxidising, hygroscopic and bad smelling products; The Disc Pastillator has a modular construction making it easily expandable for increased capacity.
Archimedean screw pumps
The Archimedean screw pump can certainly claim to be the oldest pump as far as the transport of liquids is concerned. In the third century before Christ Archimedes, the Greek mathematician and scientist invented the “Archimedean screw” which was used at that time to lift water.
Centrifugal pumps
Competence in waste water technology. For several decades we have been specialists in the transportation of communal and industrial waste water for sewage treatment plants as well as house and garden drainage. We are suitable contact partners everywhere that waste water must be moved and where there is a need for reliability and efficiency. Our systems are predominantly equipped with Ritz products, as they have an extensive range of pumps for transporting waste water. We are certiainly able to supply and delives pumps of other well-known manufacttures. Ritz-Atro solves your waste water problems comprehensively.
Hydrodynamic screws
The new type of energy generation In the form of the Archimedean screw, the water extraction screw has been known since ancient times. What is new is the patented application, which by an inversion of the energy flow in its operation, turns the Archimedes’ screw trough pump into a power generator for the extraction of energy. A water power generating facility makes use of the energy difference between two different levels of flowing water by transferring the water from natural bed of the stream at the higher level to the bed at the lower level and effectively extracting its potential energy, which is then made available at the rotor shaft for further use.
Propeller pumps
Competence in the building of rain and flood pump stations Wherever large amounts of water must be moved at a relatively low delivery head, wherever complete reliability is required in the event of flood water and where there is also a demand for efficiency. Product range / Dry and wet installation We are suitable contact partners with our vertical, single-stage axial or semi-axial tube housing propeller pumps with a suspended design (where the drive is usually powered by a diesel engine). Operative ranges /Application areas Flood mitigation, rainwater pump installations, polder pump installations, sewage treatment plants, sluice pump installations, supply of cooling water to power plants and industrial installations, agricultural irrigation, sectors of municipal or industrial drinking water and process water.

Flowtite pipe
Flowtite pipe offers many advantages over traditional piping products: Long service life with no additional corrosion protection Light weight and long lengths facilitate transportation, handling and installation Tight joints, utilizing easy-to-assemble Flowtite couplings with Reka gaskets Extremely smooth bore provides lower operating costs Flowtite pipe was initially targeted for municipal water and wastewater systems. This was later broadened to the power and industrial markets where significant need existed for corrosion-resistant piping materials. Globally, Flowtite pipe has found widespread acceptance in the power industry for large diameter circulating water systems. In fact, Flowtite pipe's resistance to sea water corrosion made it especially attractive for subaqueous intake and outfall installations. Flowtite pipe has been installed in more than 40 countries worldwide. Advanced Technology Pipe Design Complies with stringent performance standards: ASTM, AWWA, ATV etc… Multiple pressure and stiffness classes to meet the design engineer’s criteria Pipe is hydrostatically tested to 2 times the pressure class Corrosion Resistant Materials No need for linings, coatings, cathode protection, wraps or other corrosion protection
