The employment market in Poland is growing and is a sign that the Polish economy is picking up. The largest employment sector for growth is in the temporary employment sector, the first 2 quarters of 2010 have grown by 20% compared to this period in 2009.

Temporary employment jobs account for 0.8% of the total Jobs market in Poland which is low compare to the EU countries as an example the UK temporary employment market accounts for 5% of the jobs market.
