Germany and Belarus look to have strong cooperation in Power Engineering according to Deputy Ambassador of Germany to Belarus Mr Peter Dettmar. He see’s the greatest potential in Power Engineering, renewable and Energy saving technology.

The business environment with in Belarus is greatly improving and the recent structural reforms are helping this which was recently acknowledged by the World Bank. The agreement (Customs Union) with Russia and Kazakhstan is greatly helping the economic transition and the Custims union if great importance to the future of economic coroporation between Germany and Belarus
