Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining relaunched a public call for submitting letters of interests for the Gornja Drina hydro power project.
The value of the project is currently estimated at € 500 M. The project consists of several hydro power plants along the Gornja Drina river: • HPP Buk Bijela (installed capacity 115 MW) • HPP Foca (installed capacity 52 MW) • HPP Sutjeska (installed capacity of 34,95 MW) • HPP Paunci (installed capacity of 36,64 MW)
Last year's public call failed after the Government of RS didn't accept the offer of the only company interested - Greek Electrical Industry "Public Power Corporation".
