Croatia plans to pump 1.6 billion Euros into infrastructure and energy investments to create jobs and boost its economy, said Radimir Cacic, Croatia's Deputy Prime Minister, reported Croatian radio television. About one billion Euros would be invested into projects by the Croatian Power Board, Croatian Waterworks and Croatian Rail. The funds for the projects will be made available from the World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Investment Bank, European Union funds and non-governmental organisations.
