Taiwan is focusing resources on developing business for Local manufacturers in the Balkan countries of Central and Eastern Europe. In November 2012 an ROC trade promotion delegation to the Balkans and Eastern Europe brought in excess of US$40 million in business for Taiwan’s exporters , as stated by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council ( TAITRA ) .
